August 12, 2021I just moved in 8/10/21 and I want to commend Terri and Sandy on their professionalism and smiles when I arrived. I called 2 months prior and immediately placed my down payment to hold as I know how hard it is to get in here. I never viewed the apartment prior to moving in as I trusted the reviews and the photos. When I tell you how much I feel in love with this apartment and community immediately. Is an understatement. Back to Sandy and Terri, they are genuinely pleasant and welcoming with a ...smile to a new resident as myself. The few things that needed attention was handled with urgency. Terrie is a caring compassionate Mgr and our maintenance dept (Chris) and his crew are efficient, and friendly caring people. Quiet complex, great neighbors and highly recommend anyone to live here. Home Again
July 4, 2021After having lived here for decades I decided to move, only because I felt I needed a change. Change isn't always good! Within a month's time Terrie the manager made room for me to return. For this I will always be grateful. While I never spent a moment here in fear there was never a moment at the new place when I was free from fear. Whether you are single or a family rest assured you can find a lovely safe place home here at Copper Chase. Happy to be Home
July 1, 2021I moved in about a month ago, and I'm glad I did. The property looks great and the grounds seem well-tended. My apartment feels spacious and I enjoy all the natural lighting. Neighbors are friendly, it's a quiet neighborhood. The few maintenance requests I've had to put in were addressed quickly and completely. However, it's the communication that really seals the deal for me. Any questions or concerns I've had were addressed quickly and kindly, and I even received phone calls just to let me ...know that maintenance was coming out to work on my request. Overall great experience
June 28, 2021I’ve lived here around 1year and thoroughly love my apt home. No residence is without occasional issues. Maintenance (Chris) has been awesome and prompt with simple repairs and goes above and beyond with personal requests. My experience with front office staff has been pleasant, my questions and/or concerns have been responded to promptly and professionally. Terrie has been accommodating and always offers to assist with little things (to enhance living experience). Lastly, the location is the ...best. June 25, 2021Been here a few years and have never wanted to move. There have been other managers but Terrie has been the best. She always has been kind to me and has been supportive on a personal level. She gets the job done fast if there are any repair issues. Fabricated Ratings!!!!
May 18, 2021Terrie pressures the residents to leave good reviews.This is the absolute worse place I’ve lived. The move-in day was a huge disappointment due to filthy conditions this apartment was in. Dirty ceiling fans, hair inside the refrigerator, lots of hair on the floor. I had to clean the restroom 7 times to get rid of the long strands of hair. The toilet had waste(dookie) inside as if no one ever cleaned it. I was so disgusted and ashamed to even call this place our home. The refrigerator had a ...terrible odor and a leak that caused the entire apartment to smell. The front office took over 6 months before they even decided to replace it with a new refrigerator. My son’s closet did not have doors nor a rack to hang his clothes for months. Now there’s a strong mildew ordor that’s causing my family to have headaches and nothing was ever done and I’m 4 months pregnant.Sandy doesn’t listen and talked over us instead of trying to find a resolution to our concerns. Terrie threaten to call the constable just to come inside my apartment to conduct walk through against my will while we’re working from home and we are less than two weeks away from moving out of this place. They’ve never addressed our maintenance concerns regarding the mildew odor.Please don’t waste your time and money. Their ratings are fabricated and the front office ladies are beyond rude/unprofessional. Sandy talked over us and doesn’t listen to our concerns. Terrie begs for good reviews, but doesn’t take care of here residents.There’s sewage water and mold in-front of my apartment right now and I promise you it ain’t going anywhere.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to call Home!
May 2, 2021Been here over 5 years. I've always felt safe here. About a year ago they put in extra security on door locks. Maintenance (Christopher) is prompt and is very knowledgeable, fixed an AC issue very quickly. Terrie and staff have always been here for me. All the neighbors have been considerate and friendly.
