The Corbett Building is a rare garden spot tucked away in the Terwilliger hills. This circa 1910 darling offers lofty views from its second floor perch and has retained many of its vintage details. Ascend to your apartment via a limited access staircase that adds a additional layer of privacy to your front door. Each of the 8 apartments at the Corbett Building features rich wood floors and high ceilings with picture railing. Much of the kitchen cabinetry has been updated to offer abundant storage options. The casement shutters filtering the light on large insulated windows make you feel like your are enjoying a beach cottage retreat. Enjoy the comfort of the unique ceramic gas fireplaces in the living area of each apartment which create warm, cheerful spaces. You'll especially enjoy the enchanting greenspace in the back of the building that feels like a "Secret Garden".
