February 29, 2024My husband and I both work remotely and have lived in 9 states all over the U.S. Cortland has been a great place for us to land. The feeling I have here is like I'm living in a nice condo/townhome complex. The amenities are top-notch notch from the pool, to the clubhouse, to the beautifully kept grounds. The complex is very nice and quiet, I never have noise issues from my neighbors or outside, and the location is convenient. And everyone has been very professional and responsive! February 29, 2024The exterior is very well kept and clean. The inside of the apartment is really nice and I have a stunning view of the mountains. I love that my dog is highly welcomed. The dog play area is so nice. The pool, hot tub, outdoor areas, all really nice. I especially feel really safe here. The couple of times I needed something it was taken care of very quickly. Very Happy with my Choice
January 22, 2024I was welcomed by the assistant property manager, Matty, with kindness and warmth like we were old friends. She has a wealth of knowledge on the property and answered my questions in a timely manner. Her communication via email or texting is very professional with a quick reply time. The property itself is kept up very nicely in the common areas, no litter on the grounds and the indoor areas have clean surfaces and floors. While originally touring the campus, I noticed how neighborly the ...community was. I had been greeted by a few community members at the fabulous mail and package dilvery room, and several people held doors for me with a smile. Among my interactions with the assistant property manager, maintenance crew, front desk employee and neighbors, there was not one sour moment. The campus layout is convenient with beautiful grassy areas, ponds and sidewalks to make it feel less crowded. The variety of apartments available for single people is also expansive, with a studio, and three 1 bedroom options. Matty got me into a ground floor apartment to meet my physical needs (bad knees) and it had an unexpected perk of a den, though it is considered one room. There are beautiful fixtures and appliances and an easy to clean floor in the apartments. I love the privacy blind and the privacy fence around the patio. That gives me a sense of security, as well as knowing there is a security personnel on the campus! Did I mention the off leash dog area? I searched 12 apartment complexes in the Yreasure Valley, the Cortland South complex has the biggest one with natural grass. My doggo will be happy there doing what he does best, sniffing and peeing. But, I am not worried to have to walk all the way to the dog area, the complex has so many grassy ateas equipt with pet waste stations, my guy will have plenty of choices during our potty outings. Overall, I am very impressed and look forward to carrying out my 18 month lease! Not many apartment complexes allow that long of a lease, but boy am I pleased that Cortland does.Property Manager Responded

The best place I’ve ever lived
November 14, 2023I’m so grateful to be living at Cortland south meridian. Their office staff have been so helpful and amazing from the moment I got my tour. The complex is always so clean and well maintained and I love how simple it is to get repairs done. I’ve never lived anywhere that I felt like they truely cared about making sure I was happy and satisfied with my apartment and experience at the complex. I appreciate their attention to detail and all the work they put in to making our community a wonderful ...place to live!Property Manager Responded
