  • Move-in Process-Frustrating to say the least

    Rent is not the advertised price, they have a mandatory additional fee of at least $95 a month for trash service and other miscellaneous fees, plus you pay your metered water/sewer. Just moved in yesterday, well sort of. The property manager that sold me on the property is no longer with the company. The new property manager is basically useless. I was told that I would be getting a fully renovated apartment with over the stove microwave, new cabinets, new flooring. Yeah, none of that ...
    happened. Was told that the unit was still being worked on my maintenance the morning of move-in and that I would be able to move-in later in the day. Thankfully, I did not hire movers as they would have charged me for whatever time they had to wait. This apartment was reserved several weeks ago and I can pretty much guarantee they did nothing to the unit until the morning of move in. The unit was NOT cleaned prior to move in, refrigerator was not running because the plug was installed incorrectly, A/C was not cooling, there is paint splatter all over the plank flooring, dents & dings in flooring and walls, flat paint was used to cover the patches in the walls and they refused to repaint those areas with the high gloss paint used on the rest of the walls, there is red marker in the living room on the floor, outdoor storage unit doesn't lock or even close all the way, mail box key doesn't work and was not provided with a working one before the office closed for the weekend. I was told to email pictures and they would make note of it so at move out I was not held responsible for them. I have moved many, many times and I have NEVER EVER experienced such unprofessional behavior. I will be contacting corporate as this is unacceptable.

  • Love it!!

    I am here because of how great, attentive and caring the property manager is! AJ answers all of our questions, is there when we need him even on his days off. I truly feel at peace. I cannot leave out Carlos the maintenance tech who is also very friendly and attentive they make a great team! I can see being here for a while as long as they stay!

  • Great Management!

    Cottage Court is a very nice and quiet place to live, just what we were looking for. The property manager Aj has been very attentive and has been making sure everything is exactly as we wanted. Him and the maintenance tech Carlos have been very helpful and working hard to make this place our new home. They have been communicating with us throughout everything and making sure we are happy and loving Cottage Court.

  • Great Management!

    Cottage Court is a very nicely kept and quiet place, just what we were looking for. The property manager Aj has been greatly attentive to our needs and wishes. He has been effectively communicating with us to make sure everything is going well and we are happy with our new place. Him and the maintenance tech Carlos has been very helpful whenever we needed anything from them. They have been working very hard to make this our new home.

  • Well managed, great location, best kept secret in town.

    A marvelous and friendly complex where the management takes pride in the property and the rents are very affordable. More like a condo setup with all ground floor units, they are quiet and have a built in desk area which is perfect if you work from home. Great location to all of the amenities one can need and a very short walk to the bus line as well. Lots of parking and pets are welcome (with a weight/breed limitation). Doggie walk stations are set up everywhere. The duck pond is always ...
    teaming with a variety of domestic ducks and Florida birds. This is a place where you can really call your rental a home.

    I have lived here a little over a year and love it. Bryan is very sweet and so are the residents. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home.   • Our experience.

    We really love this apartment complex. We've only lived at one other complex and looked at many others, and this one really stood out for us. We have three kids and this place being single story is great for safety and noise control. We have only been here since April 2015 but we are very happy here. No body is perfect and things stop working sometimes but they fix it in a timely manner. As a community it's quite here at all hours of the day. Everyone minds their owns business and there's no ...
    problems.unfortunately we can't stay here another year due to our family size otherwise we would. The apartments are in good condition, yes they're old and could use some remodeling but you're not going to find anything better paying this kind of rent. Everything else is over price and not worth the money. Besides who could afford to pay so much for an apartment and not get a mortgage on a house. The Troue family.
