My experience with Toledo Court has been great!! During my process in looking for a good place to call home I came across Toledo Court and it was ALL BILLS PAID!!! WOW--- imagine just having ( 1 ) bill . It is also located by a prestigious school district . Toledo Court is pet friendly as well. I decided to pick up an application and check out the property. Ashley, the Property Manager welcomed me with AWESOME hospitality. She gave me a tour and showed me the property so I could see ...

where everything was located. I am now a resident of Toledo Court . I have been here for almost a year now and intend to re- new my lease . Management and Maintenance have been FABULOUS!! If there is ever a situation , they are quick to fix it! I have been thankful and very pleased with my decision choosing Toledo Court , and I MOST DEFINITELY would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Very poor service. Careless employees. Dirty living environment. I lived at Toledo Court Apartments for a year with another attendant. We were sure to have our payments on time, and we never have had complaints about the people that were around us. However, when we discovered the place had a bug infestation, we were pushed to sleep in our car!! (as we refused to have them crawl all over us.) We even saw a family move out of their apartment because they said the bugs were too much. When the bug ...

pest control team comes out, they always seem to only enough for half of the complex at a time. So nothing really seems thorough. Plus, a few of the other attendants and I have seen the manager flirt with these service providers on more then one occasion, which wouldn't bother anyone if they were all doing their job properly. Our experience with the management and how they go about "maintaining" the complex is unacceptable. I recommend another apartment complex if you enjoy not worrying about unwanted pests in your home and a bite-less night. Oh and did i mention there were bedbugs!
