Poor Communication
May 8, 2024My unit was sold 2 days before I was supposed to move in. Management lied to me, tried to scam me, they never answer the phone, they disregards emails regarding information they said they would send over. This place is an absolute JokeProperty Manager Responded

Amazing!

All around great place to live!
December 1, 2023I am a Female and lived alone at CCE in a 2 bedroom/1bath apartment. I absolutely loved it. Very clean, safe, peaceful neighborhood/ complex, and a great pricepoint for rent compared to other apartments in the area. Only moved out cause I found out I was pregnant and no longer wanted to live by myself. Otherwise I would have stayed much longer! The apartment manager Robbin is awesome! So accommodating and helpful. And always trying to make the CCE community a fun place to live through all ...seasons by planning events and contests. Maintenance is always fast and super nice. I will continue to suggest CCE to anyone looking for an apt. I truly enjoyed living here.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful place to live

She is always there to help when needed and always gets back with you as quickly as she can. The best apartment
June 10, 2022I’ve lived in a lot of apartments in the last few years and this is by far the best. It’s so clean and I’ve never had a single problem. The property manager, Robbin, is an amazing woman who has always been there to help when needed and is extremely understanding and is a huge reason I renewed my lease. Wonderful place to live!
September 6, 2021We have loved living at Country Club Estates!! They’re very affordable, are in a great location, and always well kept and clean! Robbin is amazing, always willing to answer any questions, and is so nice! Our neighbors always respect our privacy and aren’t too noisy! This is also a very pet friendly environment that includes a fenced in dog park. Don’t even get me started on the pool, so relaxing and not mention CLEAN! I had a great experience living at Country Club Estates
July 29, 2021I had a nice apartment with the best appliances ever. Dishwasher and microwave worked amazingly well. Never had any problems in the three years I was there and Robbin was always there if I needed anything. The only reason I moved was because I had to downsize because I am retired now. It’s nice
April 30, 2020I’ve lived here going on three years and have had a few issues (toilet handle breaking, leak by my window, etc) small stuff but every time I write to the apartment manager I receive a response in a timely manner which really is great. I’ve had to get my carpet cleaned (new puppy) and wasn’t expecting a response so quickly but the manager had them come out the same week! The price isn’t bad for the location and school district is pretty amazing. You have access to the dog park, fitness room, pool ...and the club house for any events you need to host. There are some Christmas and thanksgiving parties that the clubhouse holds which is cool since it brings our little community together. The only things I can tell you when looking into the apartments is that these are older buildings so expect the things that come with older buildings and the laundry rooms are not in every single building - I have to go to the next building to do my own.Property Manager Responded
