March 10, 2022I would not trust the management at the Country Club Terrace apartments. Stephanie is deceitful, horrible at communication, and untrustworthy. Also, the complex is near the dog food factory so you have to deal with the stench if the wind is blowing a certain direction. The noise of the freeway is also horrible. Loved This Place!
June 4, 2021I had lived at this property for just over 2 years and there was not a time that I was ever unhappy with it!! I loved living here and to make it easier to pick a place, I will list the pros and a few cons but I also want to describe how management made the cons go away! Pros: Great, quite community; very clean facilities; maintenance was always great and took care of everything I needed; it’s super close to the mall and grocery store as well as some nice restaurants; management was always ...understanding and did everything possible to make us comfortable in the complex. Con: I would sometimes have a hard time getting a response about something unless I went to them again for the issue, for example when I had washer issues they told me they would call me about the part, I had to keep calling them about it instead. However, when I would call they would always point me in the right direction and ensure it is being taken care of. Overall, super great complex and great management and team. Extra special shout out to Tyler! He always helped me, remembered me, and ensured any concerns I ever had were taken care of. I totally would have stayed longer if I didn’t move out of state.Property Manager Responded

Comfortable, quiet, hassle-free living!
September 19, 2019I have been here 10+ years and love living here. It is a well-maintained property with nice amenities. The management and staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly. There are many activities if you are interested, but they leave you alone if you prefer. Highly recommended!Property Manager Responded

Our new home
September 4, 2019My daughter and i had to move last minute and we found this complex and we are so glad to be here!! We moved in the same day we found our apartment. The Leasing Manager was SO helpful and accommodating. We enjoy our one level apartment and the townhomes look amazing! Its quiet, well kept and clean. Maintenance requests are handled timely, and the maintenance staff is willing to help assist in moving if they are available! I would highly recommend this complex to anyone... definitely a 5 star ...complex.Property Manager Responded
