November 3, 2024This place forces you to use their Internet and cable provider which their Internet is very slow and always losing signal. When you call the Internet company they say that they’re working on it but it would take 6-12 hours just to get it running again. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who relays on good Internet service to work from home.Property Manager Responded

GREAT STAFF and Location
July 2, 2024I moved here about 2 years ago because our office is in Miami Lakes. First, the location is fantastic. I can walk to Main Street where there’s an array of restaurants, shops, coffee, my gym, etc. it is priceless to live in a great small - town feel community. The apartment is also great. The appliances are great and my favorite is how much space we have in our room. The best thing about the Courtyards, however, is the great staff. Everyone wants to help, from the custodians to the front ...desk, all the way to the manager, Yami. Every time I’ve asked for anything, Yami seems to be on it right away and sends a team member immediately- it makes all the difference. Best Apartments to live in.
June 1, 2024Just Moved out but definitely would have stayed if not relocating out of Miami. Rachel and Christy were the nicest ladies to deal with from day one. They were very efficient and were always willing to help with any requests. The apartment complex is super quiet and well kept. There is always cleaning and upkeeping of the entire complex. Maintenance to the apartment if needed was always quick and the workers always very nice. The laundry rooms were clean and machines repaired quickly if needed. ...The location is perfect walking distance to the park, restaurants, movie theater and even the library, We can honestly say our experience living there was GREAT!Property Manager Responded

Lugar necesita arreglar su comodidades
January 29, 2024Hemos vivido aqui por 3 años ya, La officina deveria mejorar sus horas de operacion para las comodidades. La piscina la cierran a las 5pm, cuando muchos llegan de trabajar despues y no pueden entretenerse. Muchos lugares habren hasta la 8pm. Usen el de seguridad pa cerrar. No hay area para los niños entretenerse y la gente manejan muy rapido. La area de tennis siempre esta cerrada a las 4pm y cuando llamas te dicen que es la hora de officina. Ni son honesto y ponen horas. Pusieron unas puertas ...de metal atras con un candado y no son capas de poner horas cuando la sierran. Los laundry siempre estan sucio y muchas maquinas tienen oxido o mold. Suben la renta $200+ pero no mejoran las actividades o los lugaresLeer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Property Management does not care about tenants
January 5, 2024We have lived at this location for a while now, I can share that location has a lack of attention to tenants concerns. Which without tenants the office would be out of the job. Office does the minimal work to answer any questions or concerns. You have to escalate to property management to fix issues. Roads are all beat up, cats are everywhere. No place for kids to play and drivers speed up thru the streets making it unsafe. Property management don't want to help the tenants (especially the two ...ladies who answer the phone). They throw your concerns around like its a game and talk to you like if your dumb. Owner should take a poll of every unhappy customer related to treatment and then make proper corrections for mistreatment. Now they will reply to this review to call the office Manager for assistance. Noone does anything to actually help and it takes weeks.Property Manager Responded

Happy to call this place home
July 20, 2022I have lived here for almost 3 years and recently upgraded to a bigger apartment. Every issue I have had has been addressed in a timely manner and resolved. They have made many improvements around the property during the time I’ve been here and continue to do so. As in any apartment complex, there are rules to maintain a pleasant and safe environment and it is greatly appreciated. You cannot beat the price for the location and A+ schools. Everything you need is a short walk away. My daughter ...and I are very happy with the staff and their consideration for us and those around us. We look forward to the newly renovated pool and continued improvements to come. The apartments are not brand new but are renovated and repaired as needed before move-in. Any issues at move-in are immediately attended to IF any. Appliances are in good condition and are replaced if needed. There is always someone on call for maintenance emergencies. Not worth the money you will save
May 4, 2022Lived there for four years. Office staff is mediocre at best. They don't address your problems and then give attitude when you asked them more than once. They have amenities that are hard to ever use. Their pool hours are only office hours, opens when the office opens and closes when the office closes. FOR example on Sundays the pool opens at 1pm and closes at 5pm. Also, you are only allowed 2 guest per apartment at the Pool. They have an olympic size pool that no one is ever allowed to use. ...Same thing goes for the gym, it is only open office hours so for people that work all day, you are unable to use the gym. The worst though is the customer service some of the office ataff is super rude and condescending. There are too many stories to write here. I would prefer to pay more somewhere else. Don't waste your money in this place
September 7, 2019Courtyards at Miami Lakes has the most ridicules rules you can imagine. There dog pool all over the community, cats all over your car. The washing machine full of dog hairs. Your cant even ennjoy the pool because it smell so much Clorox and most of the time is close. High dog feeds every year. They said the apartments is remodeled when u have very ild appliances. January 13, 2019The laundry time turns into a nightmare is always something or washing machines broken or occupied. In addition to the heat and mosquitoes what's in the place. Don’t do it!
April 25, 2018t is disgusting to live here, management does not care for its residents, theres an insane amount of roaches and spiders in the area. They’re super strict on the rules and regulations, there’s cats all over the complex, the mailboxes get stuck sometimes. They don’t fumigate as often as they should. The employees are nice but they’re most likely overworked. The apartments have paper thin walls and you have no privacy. The apartments are not as big as they make it seem. I would definitely not ...recommend this to anyone who likes to have a clean home and feel secure because you don’t feel it here, you can’t have certain freedom because of how many fines and how strict they are. Not horrible but certainly needs to change
April 1, 2018Im currenly living here its spacious and good prices but in 1 month my AC is already leaking and my shower isnt working plus the balcony was so dirty when i got here, yes they have a huge pool but u can only bring 2 guests in per apartment and they make sure of it, theres a very long wait for maitnence. I havent checked out the gym had a full experience yet but so far i dont like how strict they are and how they worry more about extra guests coming into the pool than the issues in the apartments. ...So far it has gone as well as i hoped.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
