DONT RENT HERE!
August 10, 2024Do not rent here because the houses are unclean, not painted everything is dirty! They don't fix anything, no matter how much you complain. And the staff is very rude. They told me they would come around and clean and paint my apartment since I'm new but its been a month now and nothing. Toilet horrible, water not working, cabinet dirty. Don’t rent today
July 30, 2023If you have a good profession and good credit score, this is NOT where you should rent. Administration of Cypress Shore will overcharge you at the end of the lease to replace any item in the apartment unreasonably and will theeaten you by collection and affecting your credit score. My experience is that the administration decided unilaterally to replace the carpet at my own expense. The administration didn't allow me to have another third-party professional look at the carpet. The administration ...also refused to request cleaning of the carpet even if l am already charged for cleaning fees.Property Manager Responded

Ehhh...
April 6, 2020Overall, the property is alright. The part where I live in the neighborhood is pretty quite . Neighbors mind they business FOR THE MOST PART and keep to themselves . I was somewhat disappointed when I moved in because the model apartment was set up completely different from the one I moved into . Also, the apartment was not cleaned very well . I had to ask management to have it re-cleaned and re-do my counters. Maintenance is reliable, quick, and nice. Management is whatever . Lisa is really nice ...for the most part . Beatrice can be somewhat stand offish like she don’t want to be bother sometimes . She’ll still help you, but I rather go to Lisa first than her. Sometimes, how they handle issues is kinda shady. I wish they had upgraded apartments available at the time I moved in because the kitchens are so outdated. I did renew my lease, but I don’t think imma renew again though for a second time though. The part of the complex where I live I haven’t really heard of anyone’s car getting broken into.Property Manager Responded

Recommend property
March 9, 2020My nephew lives there, we had some questions regarding fees & an apartment issue. We stopped by & meet with Beatrice & Lisa. They were wonderful by making us feel welcomed. They answered all our questions, sat with us for a while & we had everything addressed. Feel comfortable with having my nephew live in this complex. Staff went above & beyond. The put in the work request to have our issue addressed & by that afternoon sent in staff to inspect. The gym & pool area are beautiful. My nephew has ...been there almost 3 years, first in 1 bedroom & now in 2 bedroom. Any questions ask to speak to Beatrice or Lisa!!Property Manager Responded

The worst

Roaches stay away
March 30, 2019This place is infested with roaches and not to mention the raccoons that take over the dumpster. The office staff are nice until you become a resident then they’re nasty and rude. People are constantly playing loud music in their cars and apartment at night. My car got broken into twice and a few other neighbors. The only thing good about this place is the maintenance workers they do a great job with any problems in your apartment. Worst Place Imaginable!!!
January 21, 2019Management is the worst group of people I’ve ever dealt with. If you have a concern, instead of listening to want the problem is they’d rather stop you in your tracks and explain how YOU are the problem. The vents in the apartment are blowing black mold and dust. No one answered the phone at the clubhouse throughout the day. Inconsistent apartment layouts, some apartments have better carpet or better appliances. Your cars will get broken into. Very uncomfortable experience living here. Love my apartment
May 31, 2018Ever since meeting Lisa in the main office, this has been a great place. They are very easy going and nice people. My apartment was and is great to live in. It is so comfortable. The nature preserve right behind is a complete breath of fresh air. I could sit out by the trees and relax. Over priced!
October 13, 2017I’ve lived here awhile and have only spoken to Corliss who is polite and helpful, along with the maintenance men who truly know what they are doing (even though I’ve had many maintenance problems, the guys are really quick to fix anything and it usually stays fixed too). Sadly, the property, inside and out isn’t close to being worth what they charge, in the slightest!!! The grounds aren’t maintained very well, except for what you can see from the office and pool, there’s so much dirt and mud, ...no coverings like grass or mulch or rocks where there should be, trees that should have been removed 10 years ago, or at least cut back are such an eyesore. The ponds are more often than not, breeding grounds for mosquitoes and usually covered with “rugs” of moss. The trees around the property all hang over the parking spots so expect to get tree debris and sap on your vehicle daily (literally). The “car wash” area isn’t free and isn’t worth a dime. There’s one dumpster for the entire property. March 28, 2017I moved in a month ago, I have nothing but great things to say. Corlise was absolutely phenomenal in assisting me with my move in process, which could be very stressful. She went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was as easy and stress free as possible. I also met Beatrice, the manager, who was very professional and super friendly as well.
