Price Increase After Increase
June 7, 2024Deer Creek is a quaint community on the edge of Middleton. It's older construction, which is preferable to all of these "luxury" apartments going up everywhere that are cheaply made and often look hideous. They do a good job keeping the grounds looking nice. The units themselves are also well maintained, though most are pretty dated. Perhaps the biggest highlight of Deer Creek is the excellent staff! Very helpful and friendly. Maintenance requests are also carried out quickly (usually the next ...business day, in our experience). My biggest complaint is that they just will not leave the rent prices alone. Our rend has gone up something like $400/month over four years. Going to be priced out of the complex soon enough.Property Manager Responded

Stay away if you work from home
October 19, 2021For nearly two months I've had to deal with the property management team sending someone to my unit regularly to investigate neighbor's complaints. When they need to do so, they give broad hours like 8am - 5pm (worse than Spectrum Internet). It makes it difficult to schedule meetings around and is incredibly disruptive if you have a dog. If you work from home and have the option to rent somewhere else, I would certainly recommend staying away from this place. I definitely will not be renewing.Reseña de Apartments.com
Great Apartment Community!!
September 23, 2021You could not go wrong choosing to live here at Deer Creek. The onsite management team (Susie, Nick and Laurie) are the best to work with and are always so hopeful. The maintenance team is also very responsive and kind whenever needed. Great location in Middleton too!!! I have just recently moved back here after being away from the complex for 2 years and it feels like I never left. I couldn't wait to get back. It still feels like home!!!Reseña de Apartments.com
A great apartment for all
July 21, 2015This is a great apartment complex! They serve families and singles cats and dogs or no pets at all. its great value for the cost spacious apartments on a bus line with underground parking and only a half hour bus ride to downtown Madison! Fear you are too far from the night life? Well fear not you are just 3 blocks from greenway station shopping and dining experiences, a mile or so from downtown Middleton and its boutique shops and just a 5 minute jaunt to University Ave. This apartment is ...close enough to the action but far enough away to see the stars out at night! What a great combination! The management team is wonderful and remembers each renter by name. They are always thoughtful and have fun activities for the renters.
