I don’t even know where to start. The pools don’t work, the sprinklers don’t work, the grass is completely dead in the dog park and they don’t empty to dog trash. Talking to the office is impossible because 90% of the time they don’t pick up the phone. No one was in the office when I came to sign my lease at a pre-scheduled time. When you do talk to them nothing is their fault, ie “the system sent out that email, we didn’t.”
They charge an account set up fee EVERY MONTH for your water. But
...again, no pool trees are dying and some how that was a $28 water bill for the month plus a $10 and $15 account set up fee. I don’t know about you I have lived in houses in the valley where I didn’t even get that bill quarterly.
The apartments are old and dated. The appliances don’t match and I have a stove that is at least 25 years old. My fridge looks like someone dropped it down a flight of stairs. There are soft spots in the floor in the bathroom.
Despite being “handicap accessible” not one of the sidewalks on the property complies with that. Nor are there ramps. I don’t know why Clark county does not make them remediate their walk ways.
Speaking of walkways, there are no light. Like any where. The exterior building lights do not function. It is pitch black in most areas around my building. Which really sucks because there are also sink holes where you can sprain an ankle.
I signed a 6mo lease. I am leaving and there is nothing anyone could possibly say or offer me to stay here. Not that they did. They raised my rent $120 instead.
Just seriously, move anywhere but here. This place is horrendous.
