and are not in a good standing with him its stop or get out of here, the building is old, there's no maintnance whatsoever, my sink has always been stuck since i started living there and never got fixed, so i handled him an official letter about the issue, and he wouldnt accept the letter and went about how we dont do things like that here! you just come and tell me and well fix it, so i tell him and no it did not get fixed, lansdcape company only comes certain days , in the summer the ants get in the house, the food, and its a never endind story!! the managers apartment reeks like a smokers lounge so unprofessional when i have to go drop off my monthly rent payment!! the sell the apartment complex to a new owner and ever since i have not received a new contract stating the new ownership!! its a month to month basis! and im currently going trough a divorce i moved and my soon to be ex wife stayed there with our kids, so i call the manager and tell him i was gonna give him my 30 days notice in written and he acted so unproffesional over the phone "im a retired cop i used to do this for a living and i cant take you off the lease unless your divorce and i ask him to write down what he was telling me, but he went off telling me that he cant write it down because thats the law and if i wanted too then to google it!! so i did, also seeked legal aid and nowhere in the world we got to see that, so my next step is submitting my notaraized letter to them and wait because i have court on this wed 30th and the judge will know about this aswell. thank you and stay away from this horrible place. manager has used verbal as to intimidate ppl and im surprised nothing has been done yet.
