I was wondering how my experience under Greystar would be. I had read some financial things which concerned me. So I was surprised when it was time to sign my new lease that Ruby, the manager, flagged me down as I was walking past the office and personally asked me to sign up for the essential housing lease. I had read an email she sent out, but thought it wouldn’t apply to my circumstances. Anyway, I completed all the necessary paperwork. Where I had made a few mistakes, Ruby kindly helped me
...correct them. The whole process was quite easy and pleasant. Within a few days, I received a reply that I was approved. I was quite elated because I really love where I am living. Being in my 70’s and having always lived in this same area of Springbranch, I didn’t want to move because I couldn’t afford the rent. Plus this apartment suits my needs perfectly. First it is close to where I get fed spiritually. Second, it is close to where I shop. Third it is close to where my primary care physician is and my specialist doctors are. Fourth, it is close to family and friends I’ve known for years. As for the complex itself, I like that it has a cosmopolitan air about it, and it has so many other features I like. Plus I love all the staff here, always busy, but never too busy to say hello, how can I help you and give you a smile. I live alone, but I never feel alone here because I know they are here and will help me if I have any problems, even if it is just providing a listening ear. Btw, thank you for making the upgrades you are making that involve safety features.
