  • DON'T LIVE HERE

    READ THE REVIEWS AND DON'T LIVE HERE. While the paint may appear nice, all of the apartments have a lot of issues with heating, cooling, pest control, plumbing, lighting, etc. Rushmore Management notoriously does not communicate about anything, maintain their properties nor resolve any issues. For the rent, there are better options.

  • Cockroaches

    I never lived where roaches or mice reside. Someone told me if you see 1 that means there’s more and they were right. The leasing manager sends out pest control emails occasionally but using the service is useless if ALL tenants aren’t using it which is the case with the building I live in. Unfortunately, I’m planning to move when I can because of the roaches. I will say that I live in a renovated unit and I haven’t seen any mice.

  • What ever you do, STAY AWAY from this place

    Numerous attempts to communicate with the management and maintenance teams, all of which have been met with disappointing silence. The lack of responsiveness and disregard for resident concerns is truly disheartening. Despite multiple emails detailing problems, there has been no acknowledgement or action taken. This lack of communication and inaction is unacceptable and shows a clear disregard for the well-being of the residents. Move out of here and stay away from this place.

    I couldn’t wait to move out! Property managers never handled any concerns. They don’t care about tenants. Renovated every apartment that was vacant but those of us who chose to stay lived in unrenovated apartments. So don’t be fooled by the pics. I’m sure whoever will live in my old apartment will find pay more than I did without the amenities! Mice living rent free; pest control is a joke they leave sticky pads throughout the apartment. Mouse caught on pad in bedroom and living room on the ...
    weekend at that (they don’t provide emergency services). I told management in Monday they said maintenance does not remove them. Neighbors are easily heard all times of the night, and those who own homes in the neighborhood are rude and snobby about street parking, which sucked because parking lots are small. My car was swiped numerous times. FYI don’t be late on rent past 12 days or you will be put on eviction notice, but don’t worry once you pay legal fees they might let you stay. Good luck.

  • Horrible place to live

    I do not recommend this place at all. Since I moved i had problem after problem. Dryer broke, air broke, bathroom faucet was clogged with old debris, boiler steaming and making horrible sounds. Management is the worst and maintenance is not great. You will be lucky if you end up next to a good neighbor.

  • Horrible.

    Scheduled an appointment for 6/26 @ 1:30 PM. The leasing agents never showed up. I called the office and someone said they would be there in 10 minutes, they also never showed. Sat there for 2 hrs.
