    I prefer this review not be shared with marketing purposes, but may be educational purposes because this is a very negative review and I don’t want that to reflect on your business. But it’s a negative review because it’s frustrating that it tells me my work order is closed when I still have a hole in the ceiling.

    They don’t clean the apartments or repair all damages before leasing to you. They also don’t provide lights in the rooms or living rooms. It’s actually comical. I had to clean the apartment myself before I could move my things in on a very cold day. It was quite miserable. Office didn’t offer any compensation or anything. They offered to send a cleaning crew. (I already cleaned it I’m not going to live in filth) do better and maybe more people would want to live here and renew their lease. This ...
    is a 15 month notice. I will definitely not be renewing here.

    This is the worst kept apartment complex in Tulsa. They have all original fixtures and components from when they were originally built. They have not "remodeled" as they state. All attempted repairs are masked with the cheapest most ineffective fix which leads you to have to put in multiple workorders that NEVER get completely fixed. If there is a reoccurring problem they will do everything in their power to close the office and be unavailable for contact. The property management lacks ...
    integrity and they are very defensive if you ever get in contact with someone to try and get any issue resolved. They will blame you for not putting in a work order (although you did), tell you to put in a work order which doesn't get fixed. This will be followed again by them dodging contact. The laundry facility is disgusting and the washers and dryers are terrible. I lost a piece of clothing every time I did laundry there. There is no hot water. It does have a great display of the outdated and unprofessional work that this property represents. When maintenance comes to your apartment for the multiple repairs they will damage your property and leave a big mess for you clean up. You will not be able to be reimbursed for the damages because management will ghost you. I could go on and on. Please choose a different apartment.

    Moved in last week and so far I’m really liking Eagle Point Apartment. The place was ready to go — clean, all appliances worked, no surprises. Ashley the apartment manager has been super helpful and quick with any little things I asked about. I like the layout, the light, and that it feels safe and quiet. I also love that there’s easy parking, good amenities, and things near by (shops, food, etc.). Would definitely recommend to friends or anyone looking for a smooth move-in.

    Overall, our experience has been a good one. Of course, there are things that can be improved upon, but your maintenance men have been timely, friendly, and do their very best to fix things. We would like to see more handicap spaces for parking, salt for sidewalks in the winter, a recycling bin, benches to sit on around the property. Little things like that can make a big difference.
