disgusted with the condition of the apartment. It was not at all move in ready w/broken tiles; a bathroom full of grime, soap scum, and a black bathtub; dirty floors, countertops, and a sink. I’m sure this would not be acceptable for a tenant to leave behind. There is constantly trash in front of the building. The floors creak a lot so every little movement amplifies the sound of your neighbors and the walls are thin. One tenant has a dog that she takes out to the parking lot w/out a leash and allows the dog to pee and poop on the property including on the parked cars. This woman does not clean up after her dog or leash it despite the law and a sign posted in the lot. One neighbor had has arguments w/their partner in the middle of the night and another has friends over that are loud as well as his dogs often barking from inside the apartment. There is man who digs in the trash early in the mornings which can be quite loud as well. If you’re looking for some quiet or even just a reasonable level of noise this place is not it. The worst part is my mom has suffered from a lack of sleep due to her upstairs neighbor. It drives her insane. He is constantly making loud noises in his apartment and often has loud sex. After holding her tongue for some time and Despite efforts to speak to him three times and to the landlord, as well as calling the police multiple times, my mom has had no peace. The landlord has made it clear that he doesn’t care and washes his hands of it. It is so bad that her sleep schedule is, not from choice, based on when the neighbor is home and/or quiet of which there is no telling because he is constantly in and out at all hours of the day and night. For a short time, she had the same issues w/the man next to her, but he moved out recently. I will not allow my son to spend the night because I don’t want him to hear the sex. It’s absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend this place unless there are some major changes.
