Great apartment and staff

Apartment size is terrific and the staff/maintenance people are very responsive and pleasant to work with. Brittany and Summer in the office are super nice and Kenney in maintenance is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The grounds are well maintained and they just completed installing all new energy efficient (and easier to operate) windows. This is by far the best apartment complex we have lived in across the board.

I was thrilled to find a reasonably priced apartment close ish to my job in Spartanburg and my husbands job in simpsonville. It is just a few minutes away from I 85. We love it here. It’s quiet, apartments are spacious, the pool is nice, I love the older trees on the property. Summer who works in the property management office is so sweet and helpful. It’s an older property but they have renovated it really nicely. I’m so glad we found Edgemont and we will be here until we can buy a house in this ...

I recently moved into Edgemont about 2 months ago & I absolutely love living here! It’s close to downtown, maintenance is reliable & the ladies at the front desk are always helpful. Also, being that I work 3rd shift, its a plus that the community is in a quiet residential location. If you’re considering living here, do it!

The transfer in between leases to here was a smooth process. The staff are friendly and the clubhouse/pool looks amazing. It's pretty quiet here and it feels safe. Great location even during school traffic. We will miss it here as we plan to move into our house in the future. LOVE the sunroom. We are able to put two office desks, weights and shelves.

My roomate and I are recent college alumna and we love living at Edgemont. The complex is very quiet and clean. All of our neighbors are friendly and so is the staff. If there are any problems the maintenance team is on it right away. Really nothing to complain about here and great straight forward price on rent!

We’ve been here two weeks in a wholly renovated unit, which is attractive. Office and maintenance staff responsive and helpful. Pool was gorgeous for its last 2 weeks! So far quiet, clean, and comfortable. Convenient location.

This is a great place to move if you’re getting your feet wet in Greenville! The price point reflects what you get back from this property and the management team.
