Great apartment and staff
April 14, 2024Apartment size is terrific and the staff/maintenance people are very responsive and pleasant to work with. Brittany and Summer in the office are super nice and Kenney in maintenance is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The grounds are well maintained and they just completed installing all new energy efficient (and easier to operate) windows. This is by far the best apartment complex we have lived in across the board.Property Manager Responded

Love this place
April 13, 2024I was thrilled to find a reasonably priced apartment close ish to my job in Spartanburg and my husbands job in simpsonville. It is just a few minutes away from I 85. We love it here. It’s quiet, apartments are spacious, the pool is nice, I love the older trees on the property. Summer who works in the property management office is so sweet and helpful. It’s an older property but they have renovated it really nicely. I’m so glad we found Edgemont and we will be here until we can buy a house in this ...wild market!Property Manager Responded

LOVE LOVE LOVE
December 29, 2022I recently moved into Edgemont about 2 months ago & I absolutely love living here! It’s close to downtown, maintenance is reliable & the ladies at the front desk are always helpful. Great location and love the sunroom.
December 27, 2022The transfer in between leases to here was a smooth process. The staff are friendly and the clubhouse/pool looks amazing. It's pretty quiet here and it feels safe. Great location even during school traffic. We will miss it here as we plan to move into our house in the future. LOVE the sunroom. LOVE EDGEMONT!
December 20, 2022My roomate and I are recent college alumna and we love living at Edgemont. The complex is very quiet and clean. All of our neighbors are friendly and so is the staff. Attractive and pleasant property
