This has been the most disrespectful and stressful experience of my life.
When I first moved into a second-floor apartment, they delayed my move-in and asked to paint the unit with all my belongings already inside. They put me in the last building at the back of the complex and never maintained it — the stairs were broken, unsafe, and filthy. I asked many times for repair, but they only fixed other buildings.
This year I got pregnant and requested a transfer for safety reasons. Things got
...worse. They delayed the move saying they found a “leak,” tried to paint my apartment while I was still living there, and later demanded that I leave the same day. After refusing, they suddenly claimed there were “pests” and forced me to move midweek, while pregnant and after work.
The new unit was disgusting:
• Severe roach infestation, even inside the pantry.
• HVAC full of dirt, rust, and possible mold.
• Moldy kitchen cabinets.
• Maintenance tickets closed as “resolved” without fixing anything.
Noise is unbearable — no insulation, constant stomping and banging from upstairs. We can’t rest or even hear our TV. I’m pregnant and can’t relax in my own home.
Management ignores emails or responds rudely without solving anything. The laundry room is filthy with only two machines working, the grill area has no lights, and the so-called “pickleball court” doesn’t even have a net.
Please think twice before moving here. This is not a safe or respectful environment — especially for families or anyone expecting a baby.
