    The management, maintenance and others have worked tirelessly to clear our area (Lockhart Circle) from the moment the snow began early Sunday morning (January 26) through Wednesday (January 28). The salt truck/plough have made numerous trips through the property. Sidewalks were cleared for our safety.     We've lived here for about 1-1/2 years now and I'm so happy we chose to move here. The development is quiet but located close to everything we need and the area is fantastic. The apartments are solid and well maintained and the community is very friendly. The maintenance team has been phenomenal, which really makes or breaks your experience in a community. With the major winter storm this past weekend, they were out in force ensuring walkways and parking lots were free of snow and ice and safe ...

  • Lovely Place to live!

    Emerald Woods has been a lovely place to live! This is my first time renting (with my boyfriend) and we’ve has nothing but a great experience. Rachel is the property manager and she is great. we have everything in close vicinity; gas stations, grocery stores, and stores for shopping. Very safe area and pet friendly too!!

  • Safest Apartment Complex

    Emerald Woods is the only apartment complex where I felt safe. This complex is also very clean, no crime, quiet neighbors, and affordable. Rachel is the new property manager and I cannot say enough great things about her. She cares about her residents, goes above and beyond to answer any questions, and truly has your best interest. I had the BEST neighbors in my building, from Ms. Monica whom my children adored and looked forward to waving hello to every morning before school as well as after, ...
    to Dana for helping my move old boxes and becoming a dear friend, my sweet neighbor on the 3rd floor who made my children and dog a Halloween goodie bag and Christmas cookies. The maintenance team was quick to respond to Every request I submitted, knowledgeable, kind, and respectful of my apartment. They were always quick to salt the sidewalks and clean the snow off the stairs. A cleaning crew cleaned the hallways weekly. Dumpsters are picked up multiple times a week. Multiple waste areas for dog waste to be thrown away. An awesome dog park with a bunch of toys, water station, and area to meet up with some other tenants and have a puppy play date. I cannot recommend this complex enough. I’m truly going to miss it here.

  • A Wonderful Place To Call Home

When i initially was completely the application I was out of state on a family emergency and had never done this type of thing over the phone and without visiting the apartments, LET ME TELL YOU the manager, Megan was SUPER she went to the actual apt and took pic's of inside and outside, WHO DOES THIS, so super nice and professional and made me feel comfortable to trust her without going to ...

The building is in a great location that is walkable, with supermarkets, pharmacies, Gym, and restaurants.     complex, it certainly isn't the newest, but between management, maintenance and landscaping, it's the best, showing lots of pride and an excellent price/quality ratio. Yes, I have needed to call maintenance for both an emergency and non-emergency basis and the issues were handled promptly and very professionally. The interior and exterior of the buildings are always clean and clear and I feel quite safe in this area of the county. With walking paths, shops, restaurants and grocery stores close by, Emerald Woods has it all!
