Excellent move in experience!!
July 31, 2023Let me start by saying that I could not live at a better location. I am extremely happy with my decision to apply here. I had a bad experience relocating from another state applied at another location and the photos online are false advertisement compared to when you move in. I came in as walk in at nearly closing time over the weekend in the the pouring down rain and Eliana assisted me with a tour of the model home and rented me a beautiful one bedroom. She made sure all my needs were meet and ...went above and beyond for me. I was able to move in under a weeks time while I stayed at a near by hotel. Angel was very helpful call I made to the office. Team worked together to make sure I had a amazing experience moving in. Shanna also helped out and checked in on me the date of move in to make sure the apartment home was to my satisfaction. Date of move in my apartment was in great condition. Everything looked brand new! I would recommend this place to everyone. This team cares about their residents and I am very happy living here. Awesome Place to Live
May 11, 2023We have been living here for a year and just renewed our lease for another year. Apartments are nice and upgraded, great appliances, in home washer and dryer. The grounds are beautiful with a koi pond, benches, swings and hammocks to relax in. Office and maintenance staff are the best. We love it here.Property Manager Responded

Awful
April 9, 2023Management, fees, noise, maintenance, bugs, FILTHY move-in condition cot the ridiculous price you pay. Don’t sign a lease here, it’s only nice on the surface. There was literal hair painted into the wall in the bathroom, CLUMPS of hair behind the toilet, dirty bathtub, dirty floors and patio. They do the bare minimum.Property Manager Responded

Not so much anymore
November 15, 2021I moved in three years ago. The first two years were awesome. This last year has been a nightmare as far as the complete lack of professionalism of the management and an uncontrollable bug problem that has been ignored since I moved into this unit. They even towed my car while I was in the midst of chemotherapy and couldn't drive - I literally thought my car had been stolen. Great place with poor management
March 2, 2021Pros: Maintainance team is great Cons: Management team is heartless now that Callie has left. Noticed neighbors disappearing left and right. Constantly charges exorbitant fees and pushes changes on community without caring for their opinion, like forcing everyone to have internet suddenly on their bill. After being two weeks of being late on rent, new business manager Brenda came and stood in our hallway talking rudely about eviction... Then started said eviction three days later and is clearly ...trying to force us out of our lease after we've been here two years. Despite the fact we filed a moratorium for COVID19. Neighbor across the way told me they forced him out when he complained too much about maintenance. Good place, but bad move-in experience
October 22, 2020Enclave seems decent after 2 weeks living here. Here's the good, and unfortunately, the bad. When we opened the door, it was not clean. Debris, dust, blinds were chewed, bedroom closet had broken hanger brackets, dryer didn’t work, dryer vent was off and broken, and worst of all, the bathroom was disgusting. Bathroom cabinets were off the hinges, toilet seat stained & dirty, and the shower walls & tub were stained and had paint blotches like patches from unfinished work. We went to the office ...and Melissa was great. They came back to our apartment to see and were all shocked that it was untouched since previous tenants moved out. They scheduled a cleaning and then, the following day (day 3), a resurface and re-paint of the tub. Since this required heavy chemicals, we had to leave for the day, and then we couldn’t use the shower for another 24 hours. After 3 days, we couldn’t settle in...which for us, was bad because we came from MD to get our child settled for college, and we had to get back home soon. I will say again, the maintenance crews, Melissa, and also the assistant manager were all stunned by the condition, and they were very kind and professional. I shared this experience respectfully (good and bad) via survey, and asked to be contacted. When contacted, I asked if there’s anything that could be done for compensation, considering it was pretty atrocious and unacceptable, and we had limited time to take care of getting her settled in; he said, [i’m glad it worked out, let us know if you need anything else]. When I respectfully asked again, it was ignored. I believe in taking care of people. If I delivered a horrid apartment, but the resident was patient and respectful, I’d make sure the customer was compensated…the move-in charge was over $1000…so maybe reimburse it. My child is enjoying her stay so far, so not to bash them overall, but just to bring to awareness that our experience was unacceptable. Expensive and ridiculous fees.
September 19, 2019Our experience in the enclave was fair in the beginning, unfortunately i came to find out after 5 mos i was in collection for 750 dlrs. It is very curious to know that i did not get any notification of this debt in the beginning but do get a collection notice . why am i finding out after 5 mos this was owed and when we left we had paid everything that was needed to be paid. I was never late on my payment even though it was a highly priced rent.. . I am very disappointed with management and ...hopefully they can clear this matter out soon. Quiet neighborhood with Downtown living
July 22, 2015The Enclave is a very cozy apartment complex tucked into an abundance of trees and nestled in between two lakes. It is very quaint and private, but minutes from downtown. The apartments are clean and updated and have simple floor plans for everyone. I love all the ementities offered and everyone on staff is friendly and helpful.
