        I don't think I could have found a better place to reside! The scenery is beautiful, the neighborhood is peaceful and the staff is very friendly. I also want to send a Special Thank you to Nicole Baltimore for helping me so quickly.

      • inexistant damage

        June 24, 2020
        We lived here for 9 months and everything seemed normal. Well, after we moved out we received a bill for damages. Doubt anyone actually gets a security deposit back. They are asking for 500$ damage fee. When we asked them what is that for they responded with pictures that do not make any sense (We paid another 500$ deposit before moving in). Do not recommend this place.

      • The only reason we're leaving is because life is taking us elsewhere...

        We absolutely enjoyed our time here. Knowing what we know now, we would absolutely sign on again with them if we were staying in the Dearborn area. 1.) They are highly proactive with pre-winter maintenance. Prior to last winter, they inspected every single apartment. For our apartment, they replaced our furnace and repaired the downstairs heater. I’m glad they found it when they did, because winter would have been quite cold without their proactive approach. 2.) They are very responsive with ...
        maintenance needs. We asked for someone twice for non-emergency, basic issues. Within 24 hours the problems were resolved. 3.) One of the reasons we chose here was because of the subdivision’s beauty. We love to run, and it’s been incredibly nice to run on quiet streets without having to drive to a park. Plus, the ponds have ducks and geese pretty much year round. In the early spring, you get to see the year’s new babies. They’ve done an incredible job at keeping the natural beauty of this area. 4.) The staff inside the office are always nice and very attentive. Even more, I will say that, due to my interactions especially with two people in the office, that they are also just good people, not just helpful landlords. 5.) The pool is wonderful, as is the club house and gym. The gym provides excellent variety in work outs, from yoga to cycling, weights to treadmills, etc… 6.) They foster a wonderful environment for anyone, regardless of family type. Our building has elderly (including a handicapped individual), college students, and families with young children. We have never had a problem, nor have I heard of anyone else having an issue. It’s quite remarkable, especially since we’re right next door to a college and have college student neighbors. If we were staying in Dearborn, we would stay here until we purchased a home. Unfortunately, life’s taking us elsewhere. This is the first time where I’ll actually be sad to part ways with my landlord and management. This was truly a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering moving to the Dearborn area. All the best to everyone at Marquette and Fairlane Woods!

        My experience dramatically differs from some of the past reviewers. I personally have found the community to be extremely nice as a whole, renovated apartments, great amenities, and the ponds make for some beautiful views. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are all minutes away while the apartments are tucked away in this gated community. Hiba, our consultant, was professional and made us feel welcome from the start. Showed us every type of unit and was patient with us during the viewings. ...
        To make a long story short we signed a lease and have enjoyed our time here!

        I recently moved to Fairlane Woods and I am beyond blown away by the well-kept and peaceful community, living at Fairlane Woods feels like a resort! The leasing office staff (Hiba & Colleen), security officers and maintenance staff are always extremely accommodating and friendly. The property could not be better located and has an amidst amount of shopping, restaurants, and schools in a short distance. Hiba (Leasing Consultant) took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as ...
        needed, she was extremely understanding and patient. By her being empathetic to my needs, I feel as if we established a working relationship I can trust! Looking forward to the coming years at Fairlane Woods.

        Yesterday, my fiance and I visited Fairlane Woods while looking for a new apartment/condo to live in. We called ahead the day of and day before to set something up, however no one answered. Therefore, we thought it would be good for us to at least see the outside and the surrounding area. When we arrived at the gate, again, no one picked up the phone at the club house (this was during business hours). During this calling we saw residents going in and many non-residents slipping in behind them ...
        through the gate. Since no person was on duty or checking who was going in, this raised a red flag of concern for safety. Therefore we drove to the leasing office (its within the grounds) without any security checking us, to see if there was someone we could talk to. Upon arrival (12/12/2015), an older women who was the leasing person there on duty, was incredibly disrespectful and rude to us when we introduced ourselves and asked if we could set an appointment or see an apartment, just to get an idea of the place. Both my fiance and I are young professionals that are looking for a safe, secure and clean place to come home to. The grounds were very nice, however the security appears to lack, Checking the crime map online, you can see there has been many car theft/break ins (confirmed are initial impressions) in the past several months. Additionally, to management, if the women (who will remain anonymous) on 12/12/12 who we met was working the leasing office, is the type of treatment new residents will experience, I would not recommend living here. My goal here is to inform people of our experience, and hopefully management listens to constructive feedback since the area is attractive and appears to have the potential to be a nice living area.

        Fairlane woods, is a calm and peaceful neighborhood and very close to university of michigan and Ford HQ. Very nice and courteous staff with a lot of social events. Apartments are a bit old and draft during winter is a slight problem. But overall a pleasant place to stay.
