June 16, 2021The management here moved another family in my apartment while I was still under a lease agreement!! I came home after being away for some days and someone else’s furniture was in my apartment!! When the other family came home the police were called and as well as management (who sent someone else in her place) that same night. July 10, 2018I cannot be anymore clear. Management here turns over faster than a restaurant that only hire high schoolers. Policies get changed around on a dime because nobody here seems to have a clear understanding of how things are supposed to work. You as a resident are the bane of the front office's staff's existence and asking anything of them is quite litterally pulling teeth and having it pass through congress. Worst of all they will have you live in uninhabitable conditions and sell you on an ...apartment that IS NOT UP TO PROPERTY CODE. We haven't had covers on our outlets since we have moved in and we have flooded a few times due to the way that they have built the buildings. NOBODY CAME TO TAKE A LOOK AT OUR APARTMENT AFTER HARVEY, AND THEY WERE CHARGING PEOPLE TO TRANSFER APARTMENTS AFTER A NATURAL DISASTER DESTROYED THEIR HOMES!!! They even towed one of our vehicles out of VISITOR PARKING. In the 2 years that I have been here I have not had any family over due to the fact that I feel like I cannot guarantee the safety of their property while they visit. It takes days for these people to even send an email about these kinds of things when you threaten civil court, so when it comes to an actual emergency, I can't imagine you will be anywhere near a priority. Don’t even think about coming over here
December 7, 2017Been here 2 years because of a past broken lease but this place is horrible, they have changed management 3 times since and after Harvey ppl roofs where falling in and I had several incurring leaks that the manger does not care about because they are more worried about finishing the remodeling instead of their current tenets if I can help one person with this then I will be happy don’t even thin about it price, customer service and quality of foundation is horrible 2 more months for meReseña de Apartments.com

September 26, 2017You will get tired complaining all the time but your complain will not be resolved at the end. I have roof leaking several places its been 6 months they come fix something and again when it start leaking when it rain. I am really frustated. I lost almost $200 grocery beacuse of rain leaks till now Also, stove was burning high evwn if you put low flame. I complained 5-6 times they came change coil, they came change steel cover they change wiring but still happening they change stove with the old ...stove which brought roaches with it. But still stove problem is same and one more issue happend of roaches. No good management. I talked to management they said we are not responsible for anything. Such a rude. Noooo HOT Water...
September 7, 2017I have not had HOT running water in my apartment for 2 months going on 3. I have contacted the office several times and still it has not been fixed. I have the legal right to have HOT water. I refuse to pay my rent, until I have HOT running water in my apartment. I have been spending the nights at other places. Just, so that I can take HOT showers. If not fixed I will be forced to move out ASAP.Reseña de Apartments.com
