Unresponsive and Roach Infested!!!
April 25, 2021This apartment is really poorly managed. The new management is not nearly as responsive as the previous ones were. Our unit was infested with roaches, and we have made several attempts to get them to assist us with the issues, aside from week long response times, and uncaring management, the parking is RIDICULOUS. They charge for valet trash and I have had several issues with them picking it up. I still have a request right now going on 2 weeks that they have yet to even address. Please head the ...2 star reviews and stay away from here. I will likely have to get rid of so much of my things when we move to avoid carrying an infestation with us, it's such a horrible experience. And to add salt to a wound, during the storm I asked for a few day extension without penalty as a resident that pays early EVERY SINGLE MONTH, they refused to work with me during such a difficult time, I know that exceptions aren't guaranteed to anyone but it just says a lot about a company on how they handle situations like that.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2020The staff lies. Infested with roaches. Burglaries. Over charges you for anything that they can. Unsafe. Parking sucks and they tow. Gates rarely operable. Do not be fooled by the upgraded front office
February 16, 2017Roach infested. Many of the residents do not work so they are up drinking and hanging out all times of day and night. My vehicle has been broken into twice. My neighbors are in an abusive relationship and always wait until the wee hours of the night on weekends to fight. Everything leaks. If maintenance can't hide a problem by just painting over it, nothing gets fixed. I could go on and on, but I think you get the point.Reseña de Apartments.com
Horrible Management & No Parking
February 17, 2016There is no parking after 9:00pm. The office staff ignores the work orders, maintenance is not qualified to do repairs. There is a median in the entrance, most people park there when there is no other parking available, and of course our cars will be towed. Management sucks
October 10, 2015After living here for a year I am officially dissatisfied with the management of this property. Major problem with this complex is the roof. Terrible condition. My roof has severe damage for over 6 months now. Every time I ask when it's going to be fixed excuse after another. Management does not care about tenets, only want your money. Also there is no parking at night for residents. 1/1 nice size w/walk-in closet, washer/dryer and cheap rent only good this place has to offer. September 21, 2015Well, economic prices compare to other apartments in the area; However the service sucks, it takes months to fix anything, and most of the time they don't really fix it. Other thing, they have rooms with washer and dryer and not even one machine works, you either get a washer and dryer in your apartment witch my cost you around 100 dollars more and the machines are very little so maybe it feet 2 pants.Or you go to a different location to do your laundry. If you want to upgrade for a bigger ...place ,they are not helpful, they said until you don't finish your contract you can not upgrade. Worst apartment ever..
August 19, 2015I live here almost one year. I have seen in the online reviews some pretty horrible comments about this place that i thought couldn't be true. But honestly this place is totally horrible. Worst maintenance, no parking spot at night, old features and the management just do not care about the residents. Cant wait for my lease to finish... Affordable Living With Pros & Cons
August 5, 2015This complex includes the essential amenities for comfortable living and located in a desired area minutes from local restaurants and shopping. No complaints with safety and is fairly quiet. The buildings need to be newly renovated, many are out of date with old appliances and fixtures. Most common problem is roof leaks leading to interior damage. Leasing needs to work on having work orders completed in a timely matter. Parking is non existent after 9pm for residents. July 28, 2015This place is horrible. Roach infested, parking is horrible, maintenance is incompetent if they even come at all. Too many vacant, unattended run down apartments in the complex. The pool is dirty, I would not set foot in it.... could go on and on... New management company but still not up to par with the customer service in leasing office. Too many large dog owners who don't clean after their pets waste. This place is a dump and you would be better off living under Beltway 8.
