Worst apartment in 77099
February 24, 2020Poor management, poor customer service, no regards for residence. Very arrogant manager (Daniel). Kala is not competent to the manager. I moved out of this apartment since July 29th 2019 and till date am still waiting for my deposit refund. They kept giving me different date to come pick my check but each time I go they will give me another story. I am still waiting.Reseña de Apartments.com

Worst apartment in Houston
March 26, 2019No good receptionist, No good manager, no good work. These apartments has been the worst apartment since They change the manager she doesn’t have a good customer relationship, the receptionist is always on their personal phone calling she those not supervised her work, the only thing she those is calling police on people living in there. Oh no this is a no go apartment place . I have introduced so many people here but all pack out due to all these rubbish. The most unirganized place
June 13, 2017This apartment wasnt like this when i moved in december 2014. But things started changing since the female manager came in 2015. She so rude and started acting like the apartment was her peesonsl business. The worst thing is we have not had hot water for 5days now. No written note was passed out to let us know, this is not the first time this is happening. The hot water issue mostly happens in the winter. Corrupt Management
June 6, 2017Absolutely the worst apartment complex. There is mold all over the apartment and when I submitted a complaint, the manager sent someone to paint over the mold. Also, they will have your vehicle without any notification.Reseña de Apartments.com
Horrible!!!
October 31, 2015We just renewed our lease , they went up on our rent but have not fixed the issues we've had since we moved here. Our windows were covered in mold because when it would rain water would come in through the door, the windows and the floor. Because the water came in under our floor the ugly material they have for the floor is now peeling, and has risen. So far 6 maintenance workers have came with 2 different managers to "look" at the water damages and said they would fix it but leave and never come ...back. Also I had a broken kitchen drawer that I asked to be fixed since September 2014, they took the drawer and came back Aug 2015 to fix the broken piece. Management and Emergency line is horrible! My AC just went out Friday and so I called around 5pm asking if someone would come and fix it. I spoke with a lady on the emergency customer service line and she told me she would try to reach someone. An hr 1/2 passed and still no one showed so I call again and she said it was now "too dark out" for someone to work on the AC !!!! I honestly would not recommend anyone to move here! We are in the process of getting out of here as well. I only give it a star bc it makes me rate it.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Worse apartment ever
August 3, 2015I've been living her for a couple of months and pay way too much for things that have not been done. The pool is beautiful but was told by the maintenance man that it was shut down by the city last year and has not been worked on its hot in Houston we need a pool. The gym they have a spot for a gym but has yet to be finished parking is horrible. And it floods so if you have to park on the street when its really raining just hope your car is safe. Pest control the guy comes in for two seconds ...pretends to spray the pantry and bathroom nothing else. I would not move here it was better before it was changed.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
