Best Complex Ever
February 12, 2024I have been living here for almost a year and absolutely love it. This is a very quiet complex with neighbors that gather frequently in the common areas to watch games and cook out with all tenants welcomed to join. Gross
August 25, 2020Some apartments flood from the damaged roof, the ac units leak into the closets, and the pipes burst and cause the ceilings to collapse. Black mold is everywhere. This place is gross, and there is no attempt to fix anything.Property Manager Responded

It’s homey
December 2, 2019Pros: All adults complex, everybody looks out for each other. Very neat and tidy. No riff raft roaming around you pretty much know when someone doesn’t belong. Very well maintained. I recommend if your looking to get away from all the Houston dysfunction.Property Manager Responded

October 3, 2019When asked to place a review for this community I thought of course they have been really good to me.I recently relocated temporarily to Houston for work and it was very important for me to find a complex where I felt safe. Upon visiting different complexes, I found that the this community would be a great and safe place to live. The staff members were kind enough to sit down with me and find a lease term that worked best for me. Kiwi particularly has been very helpful during my time here. She ...showed me around the whole complex during my first day and has always been available when I need her assistance. I would highly recommend living here!Property Manager Responded

October 1, 2019I just wanted to express my deepest gratitudes to the staff and their maintenance folks. My dad is in recovery from lung cancer and and is in need of a special space to relocate. He has and has had special requests to allow him to come into the space with as little disruption as possible. They quickly did some of the things he needed and are working hard to finish all of them before his things arrive shortly. Struggle to find an affordable place that’s quiet and safe. Just moved in
July 30, 2019I moved to falls of Maplewood apartment last week, and it has been really great so far! Kiwi who was my leasing consultant, made my move-in process very easy and she has been very helpful from the day one I searched for an apartment. The apartment is in great location: close to medical center, close to groceries, cafes, and restaurants. High quality, reasonable price, and friendly staff members. Pleasantly surprised
May 14, 2019My husband & I have had a positive experience so far. We moved in on Jan 2019 & we are happy that as our new place to live in. After we experienced so many negative things at our previous apartment community, our mission was to make sure we were going to end up in a place were we felt welcomed & valued. For us, this is that place. Office staff & the maintenance staff have been super generous, helpful, & efficient towards our needs. Any time that we need help with something or if we have a comment ...or suggestion, they are always attentive & follow up with us. If it weren't for Ms. Hall we don't know where we would have ended up at, just because she made the move-in process so easy & desirable for us to want to move in here. I have never felt safer in an apartment community than I do here. We live in a community that is well lit & quiet at night. Nice Journey so far
March 13, 2019Making the decision to live at Falls of Maplewood was by far the best i have made all year. The staff is always so nice and attentive. I moved in earlier this year. Kiwi was my agent. From the moment I first walked through the door she greeted me with a smile that still till this day, has not faded. She has always been excellent and knowledgeable about her job. I remember being indecisive about which apartment to choose. . She took her time and showed me different apartment options, showed all ...the amenities and perks. Often times Leasing office staff come off rude, like they don't want to work or show apartments but that was NOT the case. She was detailed and very pleasant to work with. More so, it was very genuine. Resident events are always nice and appreciated. I love being here. 5 stars to all of these ladies for a job well done.Property Manager Responded
