The apartment split proceeds with tow company I have even witnessed when they brought food for the leasing office. They will even remove your license plate just to get you towed, very disgusting apartment move in at your own risk.

Roaches nonstop I called several times but their bug killer does not work. I had to spend a 100 dollars to kill all the roaches. Mold came with the apartment when I got it. The parking situation is the worst. If your car is even a slightest bit parked on the line you’ll be towed. If you think about having people come over make sure you register them within 5 minutes or they will be towed

My apartment was handed over to me without being cleaned at all. The fans in both bedrooms and kitchen had so much dust piled on top of them, I had an ant pile size of dust by the time I was done cleaning. The filter was covered with so much hair and dirt it was black. I sprayed some cleaner on my walls and now they’re different colors. The neighbors can be friendly but some let their kids run around like hooligans and one doesn’t even watch her children. Pretty sure they’re all under five. Won’t ...

Some positives... The pool is nice and parking is ample. The property is quiet and the nearby McClendon Park is lovely. The Negatives... My apartment was given to me in very poor condition. Be VERY careful when filling out your apartment inventory. I have noticed numerous careless issues since moving in. But first and foremost is the cockroach situation. My apartment was given a pesticide treatment before moving in, but unfortunately no one came to clean up the hundreds (not exaggerating, I ...

have pictures and I was counting) of dead cockroaches before my move in date. And as of only two weeks in, it has been very difficult to keep up with the infestation. My dishwasher works, but unfortunately there are cockroaches in the dishwasher almost every time I open it. Also, my freezer is coated in a mold like residue from the previous resident. It does not appear is was cleaned prior to my move in. Every day I have off from work has required some sort of deep cleaning task on my part because there is just SO much to do to get the apartment right. I did bring this up when I moved in. I was willing to do the cleaning myself because I was already here with all my belongings trying to get situated. However, when I did inform the property management team with this situation. I did not receive an apology or any kind of "We will make this right" type of response. The two star rating is warranted. The property has some nice amenities, but my apartment in particular is very very gross from day 1. Just make sure you bring some tools and heavy duty cleaning supplies and a mask and gloves for your move in...you will need them.

Whenever you call for maintenance they ignore you even after you renew your contract they won’t come and fix anything. I’m tired of coming to the front office every time to complain and roaches keep coming out from the wall

The worst and dirtiest apartments. I lived there for 8 months. There are many bad points. There are rat and Cockroaches. Bad management. You spend A lot of time at the front door, waiting to open because of the security is not there. They sold us the remote for the door 20$.

starting with the place is horrible, the rent is to high for what really is, roaches and rats on this propety, i have try to get pest control all the doo is spray one or twice in each room, and it wont solve this problem, the kitchen is a mess the cabinets always be falling off, sometimes there is not hot water because ¨the system is down¨ i just do not recomend this apartment, there are better ones for a better price.
