Don’t live here!
October 1, 2020Owned by BKOhio properties now. Owners only have a PO Box. Good luck getting maintenance to fix anything! Would not live here. Some apartments most likely have mold, because they do not take care of leaks when they happen. Would give this place a zero if I could. Do not move here.Reseña de Apartments.com

December 4, 2018I am getting ready to move in soon and the process has been so easy! I wasn’t able to see the apartment until the previous person moved out, but they have kept me completely in the loop of when the painting and cleaning, etc. will be done. I was even able to see if the day after they moved out! It’s clean and it seems quiet. I cannot wait to move in!Reseña de Apartments.com
Field Terrace
March 26, 2018I have lived at Field Terrace for almost a year (next month). I have accepted a position at my job in another state and will be moving out on April 30th. I have nothing but good things to say not only about management but about maintenance as well. I am on the bottom floor and have never even seen any kinds of bugs unless it was an occasional spider. There were some people above me that were awful for the first couple weeks I lived here. Always sounded like a heard of elephants running ...around upstairs, but I let management know and she took care of the issue immediately. Actually, they ended up moving out not long after that and it's been great ever since. If I wasn't moving to North Carolina for my job, I would most likely be here for a long time.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Love my apartment!
August 5, 2017I have lived here for almost 7 years and I really love it here. My building is very quiet and I have neighbors who look out for me. When I contact the manager for anything, she always goes above and beyond to help. Maintenance has always been great as well. I'm not sure who the past two reviews are from, but I can only assume they are previous upset residents or somebody who was asked to leave. I personally see trash being picked up every single day when I am out on my balcony. They really have ...been keeping this place clean! I have also never seen any bedbugs or roaches. I don't plan on moving anytime soon!Property Manager Responded

I wouldn't recommend to anyone
July 21, 2017Since being taken over by new owners the place has went down hill faster than before. The apartments are filled with bed bugs and roaches. The landlord takes days even weeks to give you a call back and then they have no answers for you. They will make you pay for and exterminator to come out and spray. The apartment hallways smell of marijuana. Broken down cars in the parking lot. Kids pooping at the pool and in the pool while parents aren't keeping an eye on their children. I would not recommend ...these apartments. It's become lower price hill and trash.Property Manager Responded
August 21, 2017Good Afternoon, The same owners have owned Field Terrace for many, many years. Before new resident(s) move in, we always pretreat each apartment to keep out any unwanted bugs. Should a resident see anything at all (ants, spiders, etc.), we have always called out pest control FREE of charge for the resident. We have a professional cleaning crew clean the hallways and laundry rooms on every floor every single weekend. We are extremely busy throughout the day however, as long as you leave a voicemail (if you are not able to reach the property manager immediately), we return phone calls within 24-48 hours. She also responds to emails and text messages. If we notice a car in the parking lot that hasn't moved in several days, has a flat tire, or expired plates, etc., we ticket the car and give them a few days to have the problem corrected before it is towed. I wouldn't recommend
July 14, 2017Apartments are infested with bedbugs and roaches, they will blame you and make you pay for the terminator. Maintenance half asses everything they attempt to fix. Takes for ever to get anything fixed or a call back from the landlord. Rents to anyone this place has seriously gone down hill in the last 4 years that I have lived here. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Trash is always over flowing at the dumpster and through out the parking lot. Mail and packages always being stolen and landlord does ...nothing about it.Property Manager Responded
