I just moved here in march 2023
First they showed me a clean sample house but they gave me one full of cockroaches and everywhere was cracked and dirty in the apartment.
Also they said everything is fine in the beginning but they didn’t finish the registration of my car for parking but after a couple of days they towed my car because they didn’t mansion about another registration
So I had to pay $ 350 to get my car back and they didn’t accept it as their fault.
Loved living here!

We lived here for three years before we moved out of state. Two years in a one bedroom and one in a two. The old management was amazing!! I can’t speak for the new managers, we moved right as they started taking over. But the property was always clean, the houses were well built, and I never had any issues with noisy neighbors, bugs, or anything breaking. The units are as nice as the ones around, and there aren’t many amenities, but the price was fair when we lived there and it’s a good starter ...

Amazing place to call home

Signed a 16 months lease here and it has been great, this was mine and my fiancé’s first apartment together and I’m so glad we decided to choose this place as our home. Shelly and Pamela that work in the leasing office have made our experience all the better, they were very sweet and welcoming every time we walked into the office. The area is calm and quiet and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I have lived in this apartment since Feb 2019 and have just renewed my lease. Pamela and Shelley was very accommodating, understanding, and professional. They made everything so easy for us moving in. They are almost always available when we needed them. My unit is clean. The surroundings of my place is very quiet and calm. The office staffs respond to my emails and phone calls promptly, every time. For me, it's a safe place to live in. I have never had any safety issue.
Being here and living ...
here, for me, is like home.

I've been here 4 1/2 years now, and the ladies in the office are just fabulous. They know me, my family, they're basically like family. It's very comforting to walk in and be called by your first name. You are definitely not just a number here!

I lived here 3 years ago, now moving again and I was taken by surprise that I have a broken lease on my rental history from them. I remember telling them I wasn’t planning on signing another lease and they then proceeded to tell me that they needed two months notice - fine, I would just have to stay another month. The month comes up for me to move out, turn in my keys and paid the rent. Thankfully I got another place before they reported me “breaking” my lease. When I requested a copy of the ...
letter I had to send them stating I was moving out in two months, they told me they didn’t have such copy. Thankfully I kept a copy myself. The staff is terrible, if they live in the complex they take up two spots in the covered parking. Parking is terrible in general depending on your location. I left unsatisfied and now have to get them off my rental history from 3 years ago. Woot.

So disappointed. I lived here 2 years and had our rent come out through auto pay. The 2nd year we moved into a larger one bedroom however even though the building was very old and out dated we still continued to live here. After having a perfect renting record we moved and they charged us over 500$ to clean which they paid with our deposit and still had the audacity to charge and additional 30$ !!! Which was sent to collections. I wouldn’t recommend living here trust me. You can do better. Keep ...

I lived there 2 years. For a while, I thought it was a good place till the end of our contract. They tried to collect $530 from us after we moved out. We lived in a one bedroom apartment! There is no way it costed that much to fix the blinds and carpet. Then they sent it to collections l. Very shady people! Please do not move here.

I've been living in these apartments for just 2 months, and it's already horrible. I've never lived in an apartment where someone calls the cops just about every night on her upstairs neighbor for watching tv. Yes, for watching tv. The lady I'm talking about also likes to scream in foreign languages at 5am in the grass. She's a lovely alarm clock. Keep in mind that's she's 70ish years old, so she's probably delusional. Secondly, don't count on getting any satellite cable. The deposit for a ...
satellite on their property is $500. Then after telling them you decided to not get directtv because of that huge fee, they'll falsely accuse you of having a satellite anyway and want $500. I don't have a satellite. All I got was internet. Thirdly, they don't give notices before they come in to your apartment. I know they come and search my belongings because stuff is never the way I left it when I went to work. At least give me a notice. I know apartments can do that, but imagine how spooky it is for anyone to know that people looked their belongings secretly. Now, let's talk about the bugs. I have an ant, tick, cockroach, and wasp infestation inside and outside my apartment. They need better pest control. All together horrible management and horrible neighbors

Moved in in July. The office staff worked with our move in time. There were a few things wrong when we moved in but maintenance was quick. We've had a few things wrong since then and everything gets taken care of within the next business day if not immediately.
