No Fee! Welcome to 33 William street.. the new "Fleetwood Place." The all rental elevator building with beautifully updated apartments. Fleetwood Place is just a few blocks to the 28min Fleetwood express train to NYC! Garage parking and outdoor assigned available for additional fee. Apts usually range $1749 for one beds and up and $2295 for 2 beds $2795 for 3 bed 2 baths. Around our corner is the largest variety of neighborhood ethnic restaurants in all of Westchester. Less than 2 miles away is the upscale enclave of Bronxville with it's classic cafe's and fine dining. These are sample pics of the last apt we upgraded. The spacious one bed currently under construction includes all new Granite counters beautiful cabinets, stainless appliances, new vanity, mirrors and fixtures in the bath, re finished wood floors throughout. Heat and hot water are included. Average electric bill runs $75. Wired for Verizon Fios. On site Super. Laundry area at the lobby level has all new machines. Assigned parking and/or additional garage spots available for additional fee. We are pet friendly with a few restrictions. There is never a fee when you come to us here direct except a $100 application fee. Email Leasing Director here directly if interested with ideal move in date and if you have any pets breed/size.

Nice place to reside
June 1, 2021Been at this residence for about three months. Building is very clean, neighbors are polite and quiet. Location is very close to shopping centers. The superintendent is superb. He addresses issues (haven't had many) in a very timely. Parking lot is clean and orderly. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a new place to live!Reseña de Apartments.com

Was not for us
March 28, 2021If you like roaches, tenants next to you blasting music until 2am, tenants above you playing musical chairs on hardwood floors and having to almost get into physical altercations over YOUR OWN PAID PARKING SPOT, then 33 William street is the place for you. Hercy, the super, was the best part of the whole experience. He tried his very best to make us comfortable. Amber management was terrible in dealing with our roach issue, never did anything about the parking spaces that people would take from ...us when they fee like it. They address any issues that I had immediately, and our super Herce is very caring and does everything to make our life at this place so much easier. May 14, 2020I have been living here for over a year now and have lots of positive experience to share. The apartments are newly renovated and the building is well maintained. The neighborhood is very peaceful and a close walking distance to a metro north station. Lot of nearby shopping options available, including the Cross county mall. Did I mention that the super is super amazing. For real, definitely the most level headed, welcoming and hardworking super I have ever had. Stay Away
February 3, 2019This place is unacceptable. Almost every week there is an issue in the apt. Whether it be the hot water, no heat, gas... It is always something. Also eccohing the previous review, constant marijuana smell, random folks parking in the parking lot with no reprecussions. October 20, 2018This building has been a disappointment since move in. Was not told the elevator would be taken out of service until we moved in, leaving us with a 6th floor walk up...not what we signed up for or paid for. Still no word on when but they said mid September still waiting no communication from management. Roaches in our “brand new” apt and mice seen in hallway. There is constant marijuana and cigarette smoke throughout the building hallways. When leaving for work one morning ran into multiple ...police officers entering building to “apprehend a suspect”.
