My favorite place to live!
April 17, 2026It has been the best experience I've ever had from any apt place I've ever lived in. They do sooooo much for their residents which is my favorite part about living here. They have hosted pool parties in the summer, candy guessing contests where the winner gets a gift card, they've had a gift wrapping station around Christmas, a hot cocoa bar before, they've made garden kits for the residents to plant veggies, etc., they have done a spring cleaning kit for all of their residents. No other apt ...complex is going to go above & beyond like they do that's for sure. They offer Flex payments for rent which is really nice. They have a really nice Amazon hub. The dog park isn't the greatest & could definitely use some TLC but everything else is great. All of the staff are friendly & helpful including maintenance. I've had a few issues that I have called maintenance about. They told me technically this is something the renter is responsible for taking care of but still came out to help me multiple times which I really appreciated! They have maintenance out a few times a week on a golf cart cleaning up any trash or sticks to ensure the property stays clean. This is a wonderful place to live!Property Manager Responded

Great home for my family!
November 30, 2021I like the atmosphere and the community events. The staff is friendly and professional. Love the pool and bbq area as well as the playground and fire pit. Good gym. Great Pet Friendly Apartment
November 19, 2021Great dog-friendly apartment. I have a large dog and was having trouble finding pet-friendly apartments that do not have weight restrictions. This place is affordable and has what I need. Their staff puts forth a genuine effort to make sure residents feel welcome and that their needs are met. Great place to live!
November 17, 2021I’ve been here about 6 months and am overall pleased! Especially with the office staff, they’re very helpful and responsive to all questions and concerns. It’s a very dog friendly community which has helped make me feel more at home, dog park is a plus (minus some owners who fail to pick up their poop). It’s a fairly quiet area which is nice and close to just about everything you’ll need.Property Manager Responded

Would Recommend!
November 13, 2021I have lived at Forest Pointe for a little over 3 months and have no complaints. The staff was great from the start: flexible move-in, picking upgrades to apartment, easy signing, etc! I can see where some are upset over the old appliances but there are options to upgrade (we chose an in-unit W/D)! We live on the second floor and have had no experience with bugs yet, and the maintenance staff is great!Property Manager Responded

Amazing Place to Live
November 10, 2021I moved in a couple of months ago and I love it. The community is really quiet and friendly. The walls in the apartment are pretty thick so you can’t hear your neighbors or hallway traffic. The staff is really friendly and helpful as well. My boyfriend’s birthday was this past weekend and they left him a card on the door. They definitely do everything they can to make us feel welcomed. There are events they host every month for the tenants which I think is really neat. They encourage us to call ...or email them if we need ANYTHING. Definitely a step up from where I’ve lived in the past.Property Manager Responded

The best apartments in the area!
November 8, 2021My brother and I have been at Forest Pointe since August and we absolutely love it. We definitely feel that we are getting the most bang for our buck, compared to similar apartment complexes in the area that we looked in to. Everyone I have met - staff AND residents - has been extremely friendly and I love the events/gatherings that are held every month. So far, I have no complaints, and I am very grateful that I get to call Forest Pointe home!Property Manager Responded
