        I like the atmosphere and the community events. The staff is friendly and professional. Love the pool and bbq area as well as the playground and fire pit. Good gym. The lighted doggy pork (great for nights) maintenance is fast responding most times. Altogether I recommend these apartments, no doubt!

        Great dog-friendly apartment. I have a large dog and was having trouble finding pet-friendly apartments that do not have weight restrictions. This place is affordable and has what I need. Their staff puts forth a genuine effort to make sure residents feel welcome and that their needs are met. Quick response time for maintenance issues as well. -Megan B.

        I’ve been here about 6 months and am overall pleased! Especially with the office staff, they’re very helpful and responsive to all questions and concerns. It’s a very dog friendly community which has helped make me feel more at home, dog park is a plus (minus some owners who fail to pick up their poop). It’s a fairly quiet area which is nice and close to just about everything you’ll need.

        I have lived at Forest Pointe for a little over 3 months and have no complaints. The staff was great from the start: flexible move-in, picking upgrades to apartment, easy signing, etc! I can see where some are upset over the old appliances but there are options to upgrade (we chose an in-unit W/D)! We live on the second floor and have had no experience with bugs yet, and the maintenance staff is great!

      • Amazing Place to Live

        I moved in a couple of months ago and I love it. The community is really quiet and friendly. The walls in the apartment are pretty thick so you can’t hear your neighbors or hallway traffic. The staff is really friendly and helpful as well. My boyfriend’s birthday was this past weekend and they left him a card on the door. They definitely do everything they can to make us feel welcomed. There are events they host every month for the tenants which I think is really neat. They encourage us to call ...
        or email them if we need ANYTHING. Definitely a step up from where I’ve lived in the past.

      • The best apartments in the area!

        My brother and I have been at Forest Pointe since August and we absolutely love it. We definitely feel that we are getting the most bang for our buck, compared to similar apartment complexes in the area that we looked in to. Everyone I have met - staff AND residents - has been extremely friendly and I love the events/gatherings that are held every month. So far, I have no complaints, and I am very grateful that I get to call Forest Pointe home!

      • Good quality for the price

        I have lived here for a few months now and it has been good so far. I have brought issues to the offices attention and they do their best to fix it in a timely manner. If they can’t they are communicative about why and the timeline for addressing the issue. The dog park is a bonus. I’ve noticed overflowing trash as an issue but it mostly seems to be when people move out and it generally is taken care of quickly.

        After reading old reviews, I can confirm that this apartment has made some major improvements to the building and overall staffing. I have lives here for three months and cannot recommend enough! Communication is great, staff is wonderful, we were offered so many options to upgrade our apartment to make it our own, and maintenance is so fast!! We received great communication from the start and are honestly heard about any issues- and the app is so user friendly!! Really happy with our choice, ...
