    Applied on a Monday and was approved by Thursday with keys in hand by Saturday. Office communication is great and the size of the apartment and price is perfect. Love my new home.

    If you have an issue with plumbing or AC! be aware that it will be a while till they get to you!!!!! unfortunately that is the maintenance they have.

    I Will start this by saying I have never written a negative review for anything. This apartment maintenance and managment is a joke. In June In TEXAS I was left without air conditioning for 4 days. I was not offered a fan, a window unit, I was not apologized to they never offered to pay for a hotel, nothing. I messaged the owning company (Adaraliving) staying I had an emergency and was never contacted. I had to stay in a hotel with my 2 year old daughter for 3 nights and have not been reimbursed. ...
    They have not even contacted me to discuss this. I Will Also say the maintenance team is a joke. On multiple occasions I placed a work order that was not followed up on or half completed and left. The toilet was not attached to the uneven floor and wobbled. There was an electric outlet that was rewired and they left a hole in the sheetrock where they had gotten to the wires next to a sink! Not excusable.

    I recently moved here and I am really happy. I know they recently change owners and management and they are really trying to do their best. They are changing a lot of thing here for residents comfort and safety . At the beginning they offered me some specific things and when I moved I didn't had anything expected. But, Rocio, she did her best, everything she could to helped me so I can get what I was expecting. They have a lot of work here, but they are doing a really good job, and of course, ...
    like a new company, they need time. The office personnel are really nice and they are always willing to helped you.

    I have lived here just about a year and it has been a pretty unsatisfying experience, firstly the leasing office has changed office managers 3 times, each changing things with the apartments. There is a bad ant problem and the pest control just brought out a can of raid, which I could have done myself. The parking lot lights are not bright and some are out I never really feel safe especially with the car break-ins which occurred last month (one being my downstairs neighbor). Theres also not a lot ...
    of parking (visitor). I will not be renewing my lease here, I hope they can change these issues for the future customers...

    I have lived at Fossil Hill since 2012 and loved it. But lately, I am disappointed when it comes to maintenance. This is the second incident within two months in trying to get something done. First it was my stove (took 3 weeks) and finally the regional manager asked to have another stove brought in to me. Now I put in a work order @ 9am for my bathroom (clogged/backup) and I am told he cannot come until the next day because it is not an emergency since I have two bathrooms. Who wants to have a ...
    dirty bathroom until the next day. Disappointed!

  • no care to residents

    AC has gone out 5 times and this most recent time all I was told was to wait until Monday and someone can fix it meanwhile I am miserable with my apartment being 88 degrees inside. even the consultant agreed that it is unacceptable and she would not renew her lease either. 0/5 stars. would not recommend to friend or enemy

  • I love my apartment BUT!!!

    I love my apartment. The neighbors in my building are great, the pool and grill are always clean, fitness center is nice and the grounds men always speak and smile. BUT!!! Work orders can sometimes take forever. The parking lot light has been out for 3 months. When I reported it to the office and told the manager that I didn't feel safe she told me that she couldn't guarantee my safety. Huh? There's a high turnover rate in the leasing office. As soon as get comfortable with an office manager ...
    they change staff. Fossil Hill Apartments are nice as long you don't need anything.
