April 1, 20211. Poor Maintenance of the Property. Often projects get skipped or not finished. 2. Escalated violence in the area. There's actually been multiple shootouts within the year. 3. Do not move here
January 16, 2019They do not care about their tenants or their well being. They dont fix anything and if they do it takes weeks to months. Ive been waiting on a stove for 2 weeks and it isnt a concern. I have mold, barely have heat/air. I know you cant expect paradise for the cheap rent but all the problems in the place isnt worth it. Nasty Apts Do Not Move.... Be Ware
December 5, 2017Leg me start by saying this i moved to jax in march of this year. 2017. Since i been here shoot outs every other week and 4 guys killed since i been here. Everyone sells barely no one work but when i signed my lease they told me they have a strict policy about that. Yeah right. When i moved in march fruit bats was living in the roof, someone called the health dept so they close it up but the bats are still flying at night. They dont fix anything. I have holes in my wall that they promised to fix ...3 months ago. My ceiling is messed up since hurricane irma and they still havent fix. I cant bake anything oven doesnt work only boil or use the stove top. The worse part is the moled. I have mole in my living room carpet due to the hole in my roof two of my bedrooms carpet n ceilings all of my Windows in the house the worse is the bathroom. Every week i bleach down my apt I was going to wait it out until my lease is over but im moving the end of December. This apt needs to be torn down n im taking pictures to report to the health dept. Do not i repeat do not move here. If you have kids move somewhere thats safe pay a little more. I wished i would have done my research before moving here from miami. I wouldn't rate them anything.
