RUN AWAY
May 27, 2024Do not trust this management company, added bills not in our lease, spotty maintenance, never plowed in the winter (snowed in for a week straight in 2022) and generally not good value compared to the numerous new builds in town. Should've known better when they no-call no-showed our tour. Save yourself the headache and stay away.Property Manager Responded

Go somewhere else
December 8, 2019This building looks nice on the outside, but the halls are gross and seemingly never cleaned. It smells like someone smokes weed all the time in this building and it permeates everywhere. The parking lot doesn't have enough spots for all the tenants, and when it rains you have to walk through ankle deep water in places, especially near the mailboxes, so have fun getting mail at those times. They haven't salted at all this winter, and the parking lots are dangerous. It's just layers of slippery ...ice. I'd suggest going elsewhere.Property Manager Responded
