November 23, 2025There are lots of trees and I like the balcony space. The leasing agent was friendly and helpful, really knew about Denton and the community. November 23, 2025Gazebo Apartments is a good place to live. The community feels quiet and safe, and I really appreciate the recent updates and landscaping. The apartments have a cozy layout with a balcony, and everything is kept clean. The leasing agent at the front desk has always been helpful to me. Condensending Management
January 14, 2025Was considering moving into these apartments. The person at the desk really wasn't very helpful. Their level of politeness was condescending, and they made wrong assumptions. Besides the apartments are right next to a cemetery, no thank you!!Property Manager Responded

Great location, affordable apartment
November 5, 2024These apartments are in the best location, close enough to UNT to walk to class, and also close enough to the square to walk. There is some slow property updating in progress, renovated units look very nice. maintenance guy works on the outside every day on landscaping and picking up trash, which has made it look really clean. Just got new machines in the laundry room this year that are much more reliable than the old ones. Pest control comes a lot for maintenance which is nice for keeping bugs ...out. Overall, pretty quiet place, sometimes people move in who are kinda noisy, but that's not really the apartment's fault. 12 month lease first year, 9 or 12 months after that.Property Manager Responded

Gazebo apartment
September 28, 2015We have been living here for over a year now. The management tries its best to keep the rents affordable. However, the fixtures are older and dated. Sometimes, it takes a bit of time for repairs/maintenance to happen as there are just two maintenance guys for about 100 apartments. Still for. University town, this apartment is nicely located. They are polite and prompt to let you know of lease endings or notices.best thing is that they offer 6,9 and yearly leases.Property Manager Responded

Great for College Students!
September 4, 2015The Gazebo Apartments are nothing fancy, but they are nice. I have lived here for just over a year, and I have very few complaints. The maintenance men are very nice and usually take care of any issues pretty fast. The apartments are quite, I never hear my neighbors. The rent for a 2 bedroom is highly affordable if split between two people (with utilities is cost me about $400/month on average), especially considering the fact that the complex is within walking distance to UNT and only a 5 minute ...drive from TWU. My biggest complaint is that because of the older windows and poor insulation on external walls, the apartments are hard to cool in the summer and hard to warm in the winter. Though they offer a laundry facility on sight (and it is extremely affordable), I'd recommend not using it because I have had clothes stolen from there before. Overall the Gazebo Apartments are safe, comfortable, affordable, and in a convenient location. You won't be living in luxury, but it is a nice place to live and I'd recommend it.Property Manager Responded
