Not worth the money they ask for
August 31, 2016The property has a lot of vacant buildind some get broken in to by homeless and all the office says is call the police, theres people that come in to the property to do drug deals, vandalise and stael cars. The laundry Facility is a joke the washer and dryers dont work, the room is filty dirty. They advertise a Pool! Thats another joke its an empty pool it doesnt work. The apartment units are falling apart, maintenance takes for ever to fix, they have buildings w/o light and instead of fixing the ...electricsl the put sensor lights.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

September 6, 2016These apartments are roach and rat infested. The monthly pest control is a joke. I purchased boric acid for the roaches and the rat problem hasn't been taken care of. These apartments are old and they need to be bulldozed to the ground. They do not take care of the buildings or apartments. They have a front office but you can't pay your rent there. They have tenants to mail their rent and when there is a mailing error they will have you pay late fees due to the error. This landlord is money ...hungry and lazy. They currently have no amenities for the tenants and is constantly increasing the rent. The pool is closed and it looks like a forest. If you enjoy swimming or want to relax at the pool that isn't possible. There is no playground for the children. No workout room or apartment community room etc. They just increased rent to market rate. I don't mind paying market rate rent but the apartments aren't worth the market rate price range. Basically they offer you nothing but want more and more out of you as a tenant. I currently want to break my lease. I want to move badly. I don't want an eviction but at this moment I don't want to pay another dime. My experience here makes me feel stressed and trapped. The electric bill runs very high. worst apartments ever
April 1, 2016these apartments are trash, they have a very bad roach problem and half repair things, the laundry facilities are not good and the lady in the office is such a stalker. The pool is not in use and she expects the rent and they don't take care of the tenants...Reseña de Apartments.com

September 29, 2015This place is not safe The maintenance repairs don't get fixed in a timely manner. They will charge you if the post office is behind on delivering your rent payment.
