    We pay so much so that the air conditioning does not work, the green areas are dirty, marijuana smells in the apartments, closed pool, dirty recreational area and in poor condition. They changed to a worse administration that doesn’t solve anything.

      We certainly apologize for the issues you are having and we are actively working on them. When Hawthorne left, they left many issues behind and getting to them all is difficult. We offer no excuses but we are working to get them resolved one at a time and we hope this will help in your dilemma!! As for the weed, when you smell it please report it and we will do what we can to violate the unit but, you must know the unit number in order for us to violate the correct one. We know the local police cannot do much about it so please don't waste their efforts and just call the office. I am the regional manager sitting in at the moment and will do everything I can to assist you!!!

    The Lady who i spoke with was very professional, but very relaxed about it all. The apartments where beautiful to see inside. Really nice pool, gym, and even brand new grills w tables and swings to relax in for a great family cookout. Ngl astonished on how well i liked it.

  • NASTY!

    I really wish I could post the pictures taken on here! But first let me say this! I LIVED IN THE TOWNHOUSE! I have absolutely no idea what the apartment side is like! And they only show pictures of the apartments NOT the town homes! Okay, so I moved here in July! I had problems back home and NEEDED to get away! when I applied I really thought I was getting the APARTMENT! When I drove 3hrs to pay my deposit, I toured the townhouse. No where near as nice as the apartments! BUT, from what I seen ...
    just from the walkthrough, it was livable. Moved in that same week! First night, I had to stay elsewhere because it was HOT! Air did NOT work! First week, I put in a request because the water only got warm and stayed warm 5mins TOPS! 3week, put in a request because the sink and dishwasher was leaking! Every time I used the disposal, it filled the dishwasher with the nasty water so i NEVER used the dishwasher! It also leaked on the floor and caused mold under the sink! SAME WEEK, I woke up one morning, the walkway into the living room was flooded from the VERY small bathroom downstairs! I mean, sink sits on your lap small and I STG I’m not exaggerating! No one showed so I called the office, she asked me to turn off the toilet AND Maintenance still didn’t show! I had my boyfriend FLAG HIM DOWN! He fixed the bathroom problem but when I pointed out under the sink that had then started getting moldy, he said “ew we have to fix that! Can you put a old bowl here until I can get to it?” NEVER CAME BACK! Completely ignored the leak request that could’ve prevented the mold! And it stunk soooo bad! From the minute you stepped in the house, the smell hits you! The blinds at the the sliding door was tapped! The carpet smelled like wet dogs and I could nottttt get the smell out! And let’s not talk about the roaches! I was FED UP so I put in my early termination letter! I was supposed to be leaving October 31st but the mold smell started making me sick! LITERALLY! Last week I just went ahead and moved to Charlotte! I do NOT recommend anyone to live on the townhouse side! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

  • Bad manager

    I resided at Georgetown and timberland apartment for 3 years and the property itself is clean and nice for some reason. However, the current manager there is cruel and unprofessional compare to the previous one. She is unprofessional behavior. Don't go there if the current manager is still there.

  • Loving thy neighbor is harder than it seems

    This apartment complex has the potential to be great but a lot of the neighbors ruin the experience of living here. I have neighbors that live one level above me that are the most inconsiderate people that I've ever lived near. They make noise at all hours of the day and are not making any attempts to be better neighbors. After making several noise complaints, the management were unable to stop them from being so disruptive. I planned to stay here for at least another year but with neighbors like ...
