Comfy Living and Attentive Management
June 24, 2022I’ve lived here for a year and a half and it’s lovely. A quiet and quaint place to live where the work orders are handled on time and our manager Giselle (the spelling isn’t right) is fantastic. Remember for any review that’s negative there’s probably more to the story. Example: A water leak has been identified and people are apparently complaining that the water needs to be shut off to fix it. The water is only off periodically and interestingly enough they can’t fix a leak if there’s water ...shooting out. I would rather they fix the leak than for my water bill to go up, it’s important to be patient.Property Manager Responded

Couldn't be happier
March 19, 2020I'm an atypical tennant. My company, which is an ambulance service, rents an apartment for our overnight quarters on 24 hr shifts. The complex may be older, but it is quiet, well organized, incredibly clean and the grounds are very well maintained. The living space is not the most modern, but everything is functional and if it has any issues, it will be quickly addressed and resolved. The property manager is awesome, and if you need anything she has an open door. She can work with abnormal ...needs and living situations, and I highly recommend giving her and her staff the opportunity to exceed your expectations. You won't regret it.Property Manager Responded

September 17, 2019These apartments are reasonably priced, if you have lived in many apartment communities like I have.....you know that most apartments are not worth the rent. Gold Talon doesn’t fit that and you get what you pay for in a property manager that works with you daily and a maintenance duo that tries to fix any and all problems that arise in this aged property that has a few bandaids but overall is kept up with quite well. I’ve seen other apartments like your eyes out and leave you without A/C for ...days, but not at Gold Talon. Good things
September 17, 2019I have lived here for some time already and have zero complaints. Leasing process was super easy. Never had a major problem with my apartment. Jessel is always super helpful and cares about all of her residents. Jessel has been the Best Office Manager i have ever met and I have seen a few. She always makes sure that everything is going well with the apt and is always so respectful and courteous. She's the best!!! the Property is very quiet and clean, a little old but the maintenance guys are ...Great my request have all been done in a timely matter I mean Maintenance is quick to act on any problem. Rude Management, unsafe apartments, Bad maintenance, Roaches everywhere.
August 14, 2019I lived in these apartments and decided to move out after a non ending issues such as theft around the complex, rude management, dirty parking lot, roaches everywhere and rodents. the apartment itself is older than my grand mother and poorly maintained. the miniature commode is always stuck and it takes forever to get the maintenance to fix it. god forbid if you try to inquire about the status of your request you'll find out the hard way how rude they are after they get you trapped in a ...contract. don't be fouled by fake pictures they post in here, they are not what you will be renting. take my word these Apartments are the worst I've seen in San Antonio, even down south you get treated better.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Quiet complex
June 12, 2019I moved to Gold Talon from out of state and basically rented the apartment over the internet based on website pictures and my experience with Jassel the complex manger. Jassel was extremely helpful and took plenty of time to explain the complex and the area. She guided me through entire process from 1100 miles away. Once I arrived I was very pleased with the maintenance staff and how quickly they got my apartment ready for my move in. The complex is very quiet and my neighbors have alll been very ...cordial. Had a great time
January 2, 2019The manager at the Front desk is very helpful and nice, she makes you feel welcome every time you walk into the office. Apartments are fairly clean. Its always great to see the maintenance crew they are awesome, they will be seen working around the complex Monday-Friday sometimes weekends , and they are very prompt to fix things-never takes more than a few days. Mostly quiet, very close to shopping centers and restaurants. Pet friendly, and lawns are clean. Timely and professional
August 23, 2018I would like to thank Jiselle at Gold Talon Apartments for her professionalism and courtesy during the application process of my renting an apartment there. She was always courteous and timely with me. I am now in the apartment and she continues to provide excellent service. The area is very quiet and so far I am enjoying my occupancy.
