Great location on the river!
February 10, 2026I have been living here for almost two years and I love it! My apartment was newly remodeled, I have a beautiful river view, and the almost-downtown location is very convenient. One of the best amenities is our private entrance to the Cayce Riverwalk. The management team is top-notch, and maintenance responds in a timely manner. Neighbors are friendly, and it's remarkably quiet for an apartment complex. If you're looking for an apartment, Granby Crossing can't be beat!Reseña de Apartments.com
Amazing Community and Location
February 10, 2026I absolutely LOVE where I live. I have great neighbors. The staff is wonderful and the river access is gorgeous. I love that we have our own private access to the river walk. Amazing Property and Staff
February 9, 2026I absolutely LOVE my apartment and the property is so clean and quiet. My neighbors are great in the river access alone, makes it all worthwhile. Janis and Cierra in the office are wonderful. They are always so nice when I come into the office and always offer my dog treats. They are helpful and respond very quickly to all my questions. Maintenance is amazing and I never wait long for my issues to be resolved I am so glad I chose to live at Granby Crossing. Great experience
May 14, 2023Our experience at Granby was the best apartment experience of our lives. The ONLY issue I could bring up is that I repeatedly had issues with my AC, but they made every effort to fix them every time and the service guys were always attentive. Janis is awesome. Choose Granby Crossing - beautiful inside and out!!!
September 24, 2019Looking for an apartment? Look NO further than Granby Crossing in Cayce, SC. Located just west of downtown Columbia, this property is beautiful - inside and out. The interior of the apartments are clean, well kept and spacious. The outdoors is simply beautiful - palm trees, a swimming pool, outdoor grill area and plenty of parking! All of the physical attributes are wonderful - but it's the management team at Granby that is superior!! We have lived in a few different apartment complexes ...thanks to the Army - and the staff at Granby Crossing is the absolute best! Janice and Jessica take care of everything in the front office in the most efficient, professional, yet personable manner. Issues are dealt with quickly and completely. Richard and his team handle maintenance issues in the same manner. No need is ever neglected. There are many properties to choose from in this area - but we would choose Granby Crossing again and again! It is so relaxing at the end of the day to be in a beautiful, clean and relaxing environment. Give them a call - you will be glad you did!!Property Manager Responded

All around amazing
March 27, 2019I basically had to find a place to live in two weeks after being offered a promotion with my company, out of state. I came across Granby Crossing from the great reviews and wanted to add onto that. Everything for me was done online, and the leasing consultant Jessica was fantastic. She probably answered what seemed to be a thousand questions from me via phone/email and always followed up when needed. She truly was amazing and helped me immensely. This is my first time being on my own, and it ...was a blessing to come across such a helpful, friendly staff. I wasn't able to travel to SC to tour the property prior, but when I arrived on sight everything was amazing. The property was amazing, the river is gorgeous, you can see the skyline from the back. Everything you could need is within a mile, Publix and Bi-Lo etc. restaurants. I have a 1 bedroom and it really is more than I expected, clean, big, washer/dryer connections, etc. Cant say enough It is also worth noting, although not a big deal...one of the tri-fold doors didn't close in the apartment, I submitted a maintenance request and it was fixed in less than a day while contacting me about it multiple times just to update it was received etc.. . With all the residents Its amazing that when it comes to the staff, you feel like you're a priority to them and they want you to be as comfortable as possible. I look forward to living at Granby Crossing and thank the staff, especially Jessica for how smooth they have made this transition for meProperty Manager Responded

An apartment to call HOME!
October 29, 2018Live here going on 2-years and I can't imagine living anywhere else! When I moved to the area I was surprised with just how difficult apartment shopping was. Visited two other apartments and they were gross...As soon as I set foot in my now apartment, I was done. It was PERFECT! (Doesn't get more homier than this!) Gorgeous place to live (especially with the river out back and a view of the downtown Columbia skyline). Work is always being done on the grounds and buildings so you know it's all ...being kept up and maintained. Speaking of maintained, maintenance is AMAZING! (Never had a work order go longer than 24-hours to be completed.) Janice & Jessica in the office are just the BEST! Granby Crossing is a totally win all-round and well worth it a million times over...If you're looking for an apartment, I highly recommend it! There's no going to another apartment after you lived here. Love my flat, the staff, and the location. We've walked from concerts and after a bottle in the Vista. Well-established Riverfront Gem
September 28, 2015I could go on and on, but what makes living here above the rest is the management, groundskeepers, maintenance, and even the contractors. I've never lived anywhere else that had such a consistently friendly and helpful team. My maintenance requests are usually addressed to the day I call, and they are persistent in making sure I'm a happy resident. Home is what you make it, but living here on the river front with a great community welcoming to dog-lovers, well-kept grounds, a great view of ...downtown...just drive through and it'll sell itself. But it is the wonderful staff that retains so many residents year after year. One day I was walking my dog and carrying a heavy bag of trash to the trash compactor. As John from maintence drove by on the golf cart, he snatched my trash right out of my hand and drove away with it, saving me the hassle. Made my DAY. I had looked at several newer and more updated complexes before calling Granby Crossing home. It'd take days to hear back from them after they gladly accepted payment for my application fees. They didn't seem interested in working with me in what I wanted, nor did they ever let me walk through a unit. When I met Meredith at Granby, she immediately took me on a tour of the grounds, and made notes about what I was wanting. The next day she was calling me to check in. The next week, she called me, giddy, because she had exactly what I was looking for. After I moved in, one of those other apartments finally called me back.
