Roaches and Mice are heavily infested within this property! PLEASE DO NOT RENT OR TOUR HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME FOR SOMETHING MUCH BETTER

Jan 2nd . For the past 6 days I have had to travel to family house just to take a hot shower… The week prior to this, I can count on one hand how many times the hot water actually worked. We get told that “it’s an old building “ … lol okay? So don’t you think you should come up with a more permanent solution? Or maybe have Maintenance stay on the property so he’s able to fix problems without us having to WAIY until the landlord shows up? I’m pretty sure our landlord goes back to his place & have running heat & water but US??? Oh no, we’re waiting for Days before it can get cut back on ?? How lovely. I’m pretty sure if this was a majority yt complex, we would not be sitting here reading this asinine review. 3)Oh yeah, there’s MORE! About a week or so after moving in, the welcome wagon will be in your apartment to great you! Have your pick at roaches or mice! Or you may get both. Even if you have them, you have to deal with them because “the building is old” (If it’s that old & unliveable, why would you move ppl in here ????) But we have since gotten traps & bait to keep them away & they go away for a good month before they pop back up. Sounds lovely so far? Have a good day & im praying we have some hot water soon! UPDATE: As of Jan 4th, we still have no hot water & it does not look like it will be working anytime soon. I checked my messages to see when this problem first occurred & it has been 2 weeks. Stay away from this place !
