Home away from home!!
December 18, 2025I’m leaving here for more than past 4 years and definitely recommend this place. When I moved in with my family, the process was very easy and hassle free. The apartments are nice and spacious and so the condos. Each apartment has separate washer and dryer for good hygiene. All appliances work great with periodic maintenance checks. The maintenance crew Ed and Matt are very prompt and helpful each time you need them. Today my delivery package was delivered but went missing due to high winds ...(first time my package went missing in 4 years) so I called the leasing office for help in finding it. In very short period of time Ed came up with the missing package. I’m really thankful for his support. All the office staff, Marisa & Brittany, are always kind, friendly and helpful each time. The whole property is very clean and beautiful. The location of the property is close to most of the facilities you need. The schools assigned with the property are great and with higher ratings. School bus routes from the property. I highly recommend this property to anyone, anytime.. every time!Property Manager Responded

Five Big, Shiny Stars!!!
April 24, 2025Granite Valley is awesome! Nice townhome, plenty of parking, have our own garage and patio, quiet neighborhood, and super helpful, responsive management. For real, they are amazingly kind and communicative and address issues so promptly! Couldn’t ask for better!! I really appreciate the little things about our place too, like a detachable sprayer on the sink, and good ceiling fans that don’t rattle, plenty of windows to let in light, and lots of storage room in the kitchen and closets. I have a ...kiddo and absolutely appreciate that sidewalks are safe and well maintained for her to ride her little bike on, or color with sidewalk chalk. February 24, 2025Granite Valley Apartments has truly been the best place I’ve ever lived, and I mean that wholeheartedly. From the very first moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The property is peaceful, well-maintained, and an ideal environment for families. It’s a place where you can relax, knowing that any maintenance issues will be addressed promptly by an incredibly efficient team. While the apartments may be a little older, they’re cared for with great attention, which makes all the difference ...in creating a comfortable home. One of the most remarkable aspects of living here is the sense of community that’s fostered. The management team goes out of their way to host thoughtful events like giveaways and even posts "first day of school" signs for families to take pictures with. They bring treats for us and keep the atmosphere lighthearted and warm. It’s these little touches that create a special bond among the residents and make you feel truly appreciated. But what really makes Granite Valley stand out is the leasing staff, Brittany and Marisa. I can honestly say they are two of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve met. They’re always willing to go above and beyond to help tenants, and I’ve truly felt like they’ve taken me under their wing. I stop by the office at least once a week with my dog, Cozy, just to say hi, and they’ve made us both feel like part of the family. Cozy even gets treats from them, which is always a highlight of our week. Living here has been such a positive experience, and it’s not just about the apartment, it’s about the people and the sense of belonging. Great leasing and maintenance staff!!!
January 15, 2025Very well-maintained apartment at a prime location. The leasing staff managers , Marisa and Brittany are truly wonderful and the maintenance staff are very responsive too..They immediately attend to any of our needs such as repair work or services in no matter of time. we lived here close to 3 years now and throughout the experience has been top notch. the location is in attendance zone for some good middle school and high schools too!Property Manager Responded

Great location and nice community
December 11, 2024We stayed in Granite Valley apt 2 br townhome before moving to our house. The apartment community is ideally located at short walking distance from hyvee dollar general , unity point clinics . Best Run Apartment Complex I’ve Lived In
November 26, 2024The apartment complex, while big, is very quiet. There aren’t any loud noises, it’s nearby many needed place, the staff are quick and respond, very kind and helpful.
