Garbage staff and building. Everything is always broken, area is dangerous and read the fine print because you will be hit with prohibitively high move out fees

Regarding the move-out costs mentioned, we strive to be transparent in our pricing policies and would be happy to provide a breakdown of any charges incurred during the early lease termination process. Buying out your lease agreement does come with fees associated. This information is outlined in your lease agreement at the time of move-in and is always available to review in your resident portal throughout your time at Grant Park Village.
