Current resident
February 20, 2026I lived at both the apartments and townhomes. The apartments had mice and bedbug issues (documented). The security gates are never secured. After multiple complaints about gate security, the property management made the decision to send a letter to tenants stating gates at the townhomes would not be replaced. The security guard stays in the main building and hangs out in the business center. They do not monitor the full property grounds to ensure safety. Staff at the leasing office are rude, ...offer minimal assistance. More often than not, when you call you can almost never get a person on the line. Maintenance staff are unprofessional and often require multiple techs to fixes repeated issues. My dishwasher leaked off and on for months, after 4 techs and water damaged kitchen floors, the maintenance supervisor ordered a replacement. The replacement was lower quality than what I initially had. It is unfortunate because the location and proximity to area shops is optimal; however, the unreliable service, the inoperable property equipment, and the lack of customer service and resident support from property management makes living conditions here insufferable. Not that it matters, but I have never made a late rent payment in 5 years.Property Manager Responded

July 22, 2025Every time there’s an issue, the response is always “reach out to us directly.” But when you do, it’s either brushed off or completely ignored. So the question is—who exactly are we supposed to be reaching out to if no one is actually addressing concerns?Property Manager Responded

Can't Even Answer The Door
August 1, 2023I don't live here, but they don't even try to entice you to! I had a confirmed scheduled tour of the place and when I got there and rang the call box to the leasing office multiple times, no one answered. I left and scheduled another tour for the next week. Same thing happened, I rang the leasing office several times on their call box for no one to answer the phone but I could see office staff hanging out. Really frustrated I wasted my time on two separate days to try and get a tour and not get ...one on either day!Property Manager Responded

Subpar Appliances
April 6, 2022For the cost of the rent in these apartments, they place faulty subpar appliances in their units that they do not fix properly. I have had multiple issues with the stove (not all burners working) in the past year that I’ve lived here and the refrigerator freezes all of my food causing me to discard ruined fresh vegetables, eggs and deli meats. Do NOT move here!
October 14, 2020Our apartment was a nightmare when we moved in. It took maintenance months to address our issues and some are still not resolved. Additionally, we came back today to a $100 fine for leaving our empty trash can out LESS than 24 hours. Management is a nightmare to work with. Been here only 3 months
August 15, 2020This is one of the worst apartment experiences I have ever had. I have lived here 3 months and informed the management that my freezer does not keep things frozen. To their credit, it was looked at and a part was replaced. It did not good the problem and there have been a dozen times it had been brought to their attention with no resolution nor response. Used to be a Great place to live
March 23, 2019As of 11/2018 New Management took over property. Horrible services compared to the previous customer services. Repairs are no longer scheduled properly, and new staff has no concept of tenant services. I would not recommend this complex . Long term tenants are leaving in droves.Security system does not work,access system does not work, all access doors are defeated by tenants leaving a rock in the door, Loitering in stairwells by non tenants.New Management is clueless to problems that are quality ...of life issue. Can be expensive, but nice
October 8, 2015I live in the townhouse section of Greenwich Place. The houses are nice, modern, and clean. The location is great. Right off of 795, at the mall; close to Reisterstown Rd and the Metro. Major restaurant chains down the block and a movie theater. Pros: Spacious design Updated kitchens Washer/dryer Fireplaces 2 car garages Nice community clubhouse with theater, workout room, kitchen, business center, pool, and wi-fi Occasional parties Good price if you catch them on a special Cons (mostly ...minor): Very little additional parking low water pressure Comcast the only cable option lots of additional charges (alarm, water, waste water, garbage collection, rent processing fee) Not as many parties/events as my last community (same management company) Lease renewal increase about $100 a month, non negotiable (it was in my last community, run by the same company) Hefty termination fees if you break your lease early (you have to pay back any discounts you got plus penalties) I enjoy living here, but will not be able to afford another year with the increases.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

September 21, 2015Since my sister and I moved into our new apt, it has been nothing but great. Although we haven't had any issues that would need to be maintenance assistance, we have spoken with the staff on multiple occasions and have received nothing less than amazing customer service and helpful information. Perfection
August 14, 2015I live in Greenwich Place which is located in Owing mills,Md. This place has every amenity you need. A gym with tv's on the treamill and around the gym. Also a play room to watch your kids while you work out. It has a movie theater, a pool,hot tub, and a internet room with computers and a printer. This place is adjacent to a Mall, movie theater, shops, and subway to commute. 24 hr. lock out. Maintenance on premises for emergencies. Parking garage adjacent to the floor you live on. Greenwich Place at Owings Mills
July 23, 2015This is a good building if you are looking for convenience! It's located on the same parking lot as the movie theater, Owings Mills Mall (which is rumored to be rebuilding, since it lacks store as of today), Red Lobsters, Olive Garden, and Green Turtle; in addition, of being one block from Baltimore Community College and the metro. Other luxuries for this apartment are the movie theater, inside the complex, free coffee during office hours, pool, and 24 hour exercise room. However it does have ...its downside, the walls and floors are sort of thin, I can hear conversations and stomping when my neighbors are in "heated conversations.
