August 31, 2025We've lived here for almost a year and I've waited to give my review until I'd been here long enough to give an honest review. PROS: The staff and residents MAKE this community! The large balcony was the deciding factor on renting our apartment. I love the location and the maintenance team is SUPER FAST in getting things done! The apartments themselves are larger than most of the units in the area. The CONS: There's no dog park. The parking deck is 2 levels that don't connect & the parking ...spaces are small if you have a larger car like an SUV or truck. There are 2 elevators and 1 of them is locked down for movers, repair, trash collection, etc. at least once a week. The employees of the Senior Center park on the alley that leads to one of the parking garages which doesn't leave enough room for incoming & outgoing traffic simultaneously. I'm not sure how the Aura can fix it since the alley is a public road & not under the Aura's control so I don't fault them for it but it's a problem.Property Manager Responded
