Great Value

WROST PLACE TO LIVE AT
April 13, 2025I moved in october of 2024 told i was going to get a door the next day i move in.. its now april 2025 i still have not gotten my door, my heat was broken for 2 weeks!!! maintenance is horrible!!!! my toilet and tub it’s stopped up. They don’t clean the walls before you move in!& the people in the office is so rude , find something better don’t move into these apartments!!Property Manager Responded

No Maintenance, zero customer service
September 1, 2023My time with Grove at St. Andrews Apartments Company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I rented a supposedly newly renovated apartment. Upon arrival on my 1st day during the inspection, we discovered that the AC isn't working at all. The apartment representative gave me a promise that it would be fixed 1st thing in the morning. When I reached out to the staff, they assured me it would be fixed the next day. However, that promise turned out to be empty words, as no one showed up, and most of ...my calls went unanswered. Living without AC in the summer heat has been unbearable, and the lack of concern or urgency from the company is truly astonishing. It's clear that tenant satisfaction is not a priority for them. The fact that they haven't bothered to update me or even answer the phone when I'm seeking assistance shows a complete disregard for their responsibilities. If you're considering renting from Grove at St. Andrews Apartments Grove Company, I urge you to think twice. My experience is a testament to their negligence and poor customer service. It's clear that they don't value their tenants' comfort or well-being, and you'd be better off looking elsewhere for a more reliable and caring rental experience. DO NOT MOVE HERE
August 16, 2023I moved into this complex a few weeks ago, and it was filthy. I have had a maintence request in for a few weeks to get stove repaired. The bathroom, particularly shower was not cleaned. I am wondering if they moved me in without actually doing a clean up. I recently moved to the area and was not prepared to move any where else. A few friends help me clean the apartment, so that it was livable. I have been trying to get my stove repaired now for two weeks. It is unbelievable. I am trying to ...contact someone now so that I can just leave. If this is going on my first two weeks in the place, I can't imagine what will occur down the road. I guess my first red flag should have been the angry resident screaming about the trash not being emptied for a month while I was signing my lease. Pray for me.Property Manager Responded
