Okay but Could be Better …
August 14, 2025 - Reseña de Apartments.comCurrently living here now, the property is nice. However, I have noticed a few things that aren’t so great (to me). First, no central air - the air unit is extremely loud and does nothing to cool off back rooms. If you don’t invest in multiple fans you’ll be hot and miserable. None of the utilities are included, rent covers just the space itself. I have had the amount on the rental payment app be different every month and when it comes to time to pay my rent I have had to reach out and ask what ...the charges are. The space is a really (in my opinion) weird layout. There’s a long stretch of wall/space in the living room that feeds into the “dinning space” which calls for creative when it comes to furniture. The living room space has no lighting and the only light comes from the “dining room” area which is very close to the kitchen area - invest in lighting or you won’t be able to see much in the living room. I know some of these things might be fine for some individuals but just in case these are make or break it’s for you, hope these help.Leer MásProperty Manager Responded

Not safe
August 14, 2024 - Reseña de Apartments.comFirst and for most people who work here are fake. Don’t rely on a security deposit back either. We had to move from our other rented property because they were selling. Unfortunately we settled on here thinking it was family friendly and an affordable option. We had the unit that was newly renovated with a washer and dryer. Lo and behold our first day moving in the washer and dryer didn’t work. They did give us a card with money on it to use the one on the downstairs. This wasn’t fixed until a ...couple months of being there. Then our split air conditioner in the room didn’t work! Took them forever to even get someone out. Finally got someone out it worked for half a summer. Even though we had a newly renovated apartment the counter was loose there was multiple flaws in a lot of the work that was done and you could tell. The wall in the bathroom towards the bottom had holes in the wall. The closet was broken they had to fix. Then when running washer and dryer once it was fixed we had an electrical fire!! We have a two year old too this should be checked and made sure was safe for families! When asking about our security deposit they said it would be fine if some blinds were missing. We also cleaned the apartment and fridge before leaving the only issue we knew of was the blinds and some staining from kinetic sand from our two year old. They took all of our security deposit and put random fees in that made no sense. The summer we moved out our room air conditioner never worked yet again! At this point we were just fed up and when bringing it up multiple times they kept pushing it off coming up with excuses like there’s no one who fixes them ect and it’s not considered an emergency since we have the living room air. Which btw under the bedrooms was the first floor washer and dryer which made it extremely hot in our apartment because there is not correct ventilation for the dryer downstairs making the whole inside of the apartment unbearable when walking in. We are considering taking legal action now because of all these issues. The please be safe and live comfortably somewhere else. Although this complex has been around for quite some time, it is very well built - you do not hear your neighbors or the traffic nearby. The maintenance staff is extremely professional, friendly, and any issues are resolved very quickly. This is also true of the office staff. They really go out of their way to make sure repairs (if needed) are done fast, and most of all, done right ...the first time. In addition, they always follow up to make sure you are happy with any repairs. My neighbors all seem to be quite considerate of each other, too. Highly recommend!!Leer Más
