Disappointing
November 9, 2018Very disappointed with this apartment complex. Been here for 8 months now and I am highly unimpressed. The walls in the apartments are extremely thin making it so you hear everything from noise in the parking lot to your neighbors music. I have also experienced extremely unpleasant neighbors and when I mention it to management very little is done if anything at all to fix the problem. I would not recommend this apartment complex save your money and peace! I will be very happy to move out.Reseña de Apartments.com

November 13, 2017I have been living here at Harbor Vista since July and from the very first day Kiana made me feel at home. She was so professional and nice. She helped me find the perfect apartment to fit my life. She took time and answered all my questions. The move in was smooth, and introduced me to other neighbors. We have trash fairy's that come pick up your trash every night , and a roof top deck. LOVE IT
September 28, 2017We moved in about a month ago. The place is beautiful and the staff are so very friendly and helpful. I never expected so many amenities! There are monthly activities for all the residents! The cutest thing I have seen to date is the “ Trash Fairy”. All the neighbors we have met so far are so kind! I love the pet policy. June 6, 2017Other than the tolls, this is a great location to live considering it is next to everything convenient. There will always be 1 or a few who feel this is not a place to reside, but myself and many others whom live here will beg to differ. Management addresses all concerns to the best of they're abilities and the amenities are only getting better! Like any other development that is in its infancy phase will have minor adjustments to make, but this is expected. My family is safe, the location is ...convenient, and the residents are beyond respectful. Close to the feeries to go across the way, elegant and hole in the wall restaurants, Portsmouth Naval hospital, access roads in all directions, etc. I can't wait to see what's in store for this complex!! Don't move here!! Stay away!!
June 6, 2017This place is horrible! Yes, it looks nice, but it's just to fool you into signing a lease! The police are always called here because management has dropped the ball on securing the area. Some residents prop the doors open and let all types of strangers in! And all management does is act like it doesn't happen. We were promised many things here (including controlled access and security) but half of those things don't exist. The manager here is a fast talking liar! She only tells you what you ...want to here so that you'll move in! She is usually here past office hours "hanging out" with her "friends" smh don't make the mistake a lot of us did! Great Living Option for Professionals in Portsmouth
March 14, 2017I've been living at Harbor Vista for almost a month now. The short, easy commute to NNSY was one of the major factors drawing me to this property. Anyone who lives/works in Hampton Roads knows that commuting here takes time and money away from the things you'd rather be doing in life. As a new comer to the area, the community at Harbor Vista has been another way to meet new contacts in the area and find others also wanting to explore the area. The property is close to High St. living and the ...inexpensive Elizabeth River Ferry which runs every 30 minutes to downtown Norfolk. Also, if you need to get out of Portsmouth, all the major freeways are highly accessible--I'm able to drive Downtown to Norfolk within 10 minutes. Downtown Gem
March 13, 2017I can't say enough about how much I like living at Harbor Vista Apartments. I'm in the military and I work at the Portsmouth shipyard and my commute to and from work is 3min. I miss all the traffic going to and from Norfolk in the mornings and the evenings. The amount of amenities you're getting doesn't break the bank. The location is still far enough away that I'm not reminded how close work is. I'm also looking forward to being 200yards away from the Pavilion is going to be a blast watching ...concerts for free from the rooftop. The electronic key entry and controlled access entry fence gives me a very high sense of security. Harbor Vista has my highest recommendation I can give. Easy Living
November 25, 2016Just received official move-in letter and I am so ecstatic to move into Harbor Vista. The management (Kiana) has been awesome relaying property information and helping my family downsize into her community. The apartment is so spacious and has great views. The property is in a great location of Portsmouth and close to the tunnels. If you want to avoid tolls, you can easily take the fairy that is two blocks away and will take you straight to Norfolk for a lower rate. September 19, 2016I liked the way management is working to get us in the apartments. They are coming along quite well. We are excited to move in in November. Cannot wait to se the final outcome. I just hope there is blinds included, the ceiling are kind of high. I also hope that there is hardwood floors in the living room.
