    They literally only care about your money. We have called them many instances about appliance issues, plumbing, dishwasher and they take YEARS to get to it, it took them a month to finally get over after 3 times of reaching out and the lady sighed over the phone everytime.

  • Worst Property Management and Poorly built homes

    February 9, 2022
    My home flooded after two months of moving into this brand new townhome. The toilet I had asked to be serviced for "running" several times finally broke and flooded down into the living room and kitchen. Sydney and Erik did not offer any sort of compensation for having to vacate the home for 5 days. I missed work and lost wages. I have also had several occasions where they are wanting to charge me extra fees, like renters insurance when proof of renters insurance was already provided to them. My ...
    neighbors home has also recently flooded and when she called the emergency number no one answered and they didn't evaluate her flooded home until the next afternoon. Same issue; guest toilet burst. Save yourself some heartache and rent elsewhere.

  • Excellent, peaceful property.

    I work and now have the pleasure of living at Haven Dell Townhomes, and have absolutely loved every minute of my living experience. The community and townhomes alike are gorgeous, clean and quiet. The amenities are a phenomenal plus, and those mountain views are the most stunning I’ve seen since moving to Utah. It truly has been so peaceful here, so I find it to be no coincidence that the street name “Silent Oasis” is so accurate. My neighbors (and of course, residents) are so kind and ...
    enjoyable to interact with. Our newest staff members, Jonathan and Mario, are phenomenal; we are so lucky to have them. I am so happy to have them on my team and even happier to have them as the office members who manage the community I now live. Thank you Haven Dell staff, DAI, and Greystar, for all that you do to create this beautiful living environment that I call home. I couldn’t be happier here and it’s all thanks to each of you.

  • Good Living but Bad After Move-out

    My time in residence at Haven Dell was wonderful. Management was kind and helpful. The only reason I am rating this 2 stars is because although I cleaned the carpet out with a carpet cleaner I rented, they charged us almost a full month's rent for the cleaning the carpet even though we already cleaned it.

  • Best Townhome Community Ever!

    Haven Dell is a gorgeous Townhome Community unlike any other. It’s brand new and has every store and restaurant only a few minutes away! There are several new schools nearby if you have kids. I’ve noticed the people in Herriman are very friendly also which is so nice. Haven Dell is peaceful, quiet and easy to get to. I love how accessible it is no matter what direction I’m driving.     efficient and Smart Home features really do save you money and are super user-friendly with just the touch of a button from your phone. Since the beginning, Sydney, the Community Manager has been the absolute best to work with. She truly cares about her resident’s and does everything she can to ensure their well-being and happiness. Her bright and pleasant personality makes living here feel like home. She always puts her residents first and that’s such a rarity these days.   • Great community

    Overall, Haven Dell is a great community and I enjoy it so far. I have had some good experiences with the leasing office and my neighbors. But, I have also had some negatives here, too. The good: -The community is well kept by the maintenance staff. -The office staff is friendly. Sydney and Eric are great. -The community feels safe. One of my packages went to a neighbor's house and they found me on FB and messaged me. That was really awesome. I appreciated her honesty and willingness to go the ...
    extra mile to find me/contact me. -I've lived in some apartment communities where you can hear a lot of what's going on around you in other apartments. This is not the case here. On a few occasions, I can hear the neighbors running up their stairs or their dog barking, but it's rare. -The townhomes are very pretty and close to shopping and dining in Riverton. There’s some big box stores and a few dining options right down the street. If you go a little further, there are two Walmarts within ten minutes and a Smith’s grocery store, as well as some more stores and restaurants. There’s also a gas station right at the entrance of the Townhome area and a restaurant/bar called Redemption. -The on-site gym is good, but there's only one set of cables and a limited amount of weights available. I haven't had many issues yet, but something to keep in mind. It's simple equipment (no barbells). The bad: -The townhomes were thrown up pretty quickly. Because of that, the quality is sometimes not that great. We’ve lived here for about a month now and we’ve already had the following issues: our bathroom sink leaked and flooded under our cabinets. It caused the water to leak down onto the floor, which is when we noticed it. When we moved in, all of our door knobs were wonky and didn’t sit right or open correctly. A few weeks in, our door knob in our closet fell off when I went to close the door. Our doors aren’t situated properly, so you can see a crack between the frame and the doors. Lastly, our garage door wheels have come off the rails twice now, causing the door not to close all the way. We’ve had to fix it ourselves until maintenance could come out. Fortunately, maintenance is pretty responsive and typically come out the next business day to help out. -The downstairs gets really cold. It feels like the temperature drops ten or more degrees going downstairs. This might be a “heat rises” situation, but I’m not sure. We had to buy some heaters to use downstairs.

  • Amazing place to live

    I’ve been renting for almost 5 years and HavenDell is by far the best place I’ve lived. It is secluded away from the town but also a short drive away if you need anything. The staff has always been amazing.

  • Haven Dell office staff changed my view on renting

    I’ve been looking for a place to live for months but have had terrible experiences one after another with leasing offices either being rude or unreliable. I drove by Haven Dell on my way to work one morning and thought it was gorgeous so I decided to request an appointment online. The manager Sydney called me within minutes and was seriously one of the friendliest people I’ve ever spoken with. I was so amazed! We scheduled an appointment for this Monday and not only am I looking forward to seeing ...
    these beautiful townhomes in person (and hopefully living in them one day), but I am also genuinely looking forward to meeting Sydney. It is so refreshing to talk to such professional and responsive leasing office staff. Haven Dell is lucky to have her!!!

  • Highly Recommend New Townhomes

    It’s a very quiet place to live and is still accessible to many places like grocery stores and shopping since it’s right off of Mountain View corridor. Makes it easy to go to Lehi for work or downtown SLC for any reason. The pool and gym are awesome and I love the layouts with huge closets and big windows for a lot of natural light. Would highly recommend for anyone and their pets, especially since they’re brand new.
