September 1, 2020 - Reseña de Apartments.comThese prior reviews are ridiculous. I lived in 2 different units for many years. These are great sized, apartments. Nancy is the landlord and she is wonderful. She is a great landlord. These are well kept and whenever I had an issue she was quick to respond. I miss living here. I got married and moved, but if I could return I would. I highly recommend. Dont believe everything you read with the negative reviews.

February 27, 2017 - Reseña de Apartments.comLandlord has a terrible attitude. Nancy is her name and not treating her tenants with respect is her game. She does not answer/return calls/texts. She will not cash your rent check in a timely manner, sometimes taking as long as an additional month to cash it. She will not converse with you like a rational, mature, adult in the event that you actually do reach her. The apartments are in disrepair. Within the first month there, we had leaks in the ceiling, leaks with the toilet, a fridge that was ...literally falling apart, a thermostat that didn't work, and neighbors who just park wherever they want (parking is supposed to be assigned). I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.Leer Más
BEWARE !!!! Look out for Management to just take part of your security deposit for no reason !!!
July 26, 2016 - Reseña de Apartments.comThere was no reason for management her name is Nancy which drive a fancy Mercedes to take part of my deposit for a carpet that was nothing wrong with it it was cleaned the whole apartment was clean before I moved out and she still managed to take part of my deposit and make up an excuse that she had to replace the living room carpet which was totally clean look brand-new when I left. Upon moving out I contacted Nancy to ask her if there's anything wrong with the apartment she told me don't worry ...about it didn't say anything about any carpet being dirty and then just sent me the rest of my deposit with no explanation besides a print out showing a deduction from my deposit that she replace the carpet. There was no reason for her to replace the living room carpet she basically help yourself to my money my deposit of $850 like it was nothing no explanation nothing very shady management practices here no wonder she drives a Mercedes !!!Leer Más
