Character, but it shows.
September 9, 2015I am happy with the complex where I live. Like any apartment there are pros and cons that are present or personally present among each tenant. The building itself is mature, I would say about the 1950s. This gives it character yes, but on the other hand it is somewhat worn down. The water pressure is not the best and it sometimes feels as if someone is spitting on you. As for the appliances, yes they are outdated but still cute with the style of the apartment. On the other side of the spectrum ...I enjoy calling this complex my home. The outside walk ways and foliage provide nice shade and uniqueness. Minus having to battle the big spiders that reside along these walkways when leaving and entering, very nice set up. Another plus is having a washer and dryer within the complex. This makes it very easy to do laundry whenever needed. Overall, like any building there are things that could be updated. This building is believe it or not, relatively quiet for being right on Hollywood Blvd. You have the residential streets and even Runyon Canyon one block up. My Little Sanctuary in Hollywood
August 15, 2015In the midst of the hustle and bustle of star studded Hollywood is an oasis of calm and tranquility. A rather large two bedroom two bath apartment sits on the ground floor of this amazingly quiet and welcoming building. The living room window offers views of a lush garden paradise with a massive Japanese tree canopy. Where parking is always a problem in Hollywood, fear not, as you drive into your very own carport. Laundry is just a skip and a hop down the driveway. And to top it ...all, the end of the street is the entrance to the famous Runyon Canyon Hiking trails. Just make sure you wear your sunglasses to hide yourself from the Tour Bus checking to see if YOU are a star, which you will feel like in My Little Sanctuary in Hollywood.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
