Garbage huge issue

Management said this to my attempted post to bring up this issue on the community page “Unfortunately, there is very little that can be done to prevent the dumping.” People leave furniture and mattresses at will, no controlled access like other apartment complexes.

My apartment has been treated 3 times now for cockroaches that continue to appear through out my house as well as in my storage unit in large quantities and are increasingly getting larger. The apartments resolution is to keep treating the apartment with something that very clearly isn’t working. In the very short amount of time we have lived here we have also now had our mailbox broken into and packages stolen. Absolutely do nothing recommend anyone move in here

During my duration at hiddenvale
Issue #1
Cat urine on carpet upon moving in - leasing office said the carpets were cleaned upon move in, wouldn’t do anything about it so I bought a steam cleaner and did it myself
Issue #2
Bathtub stopper did not work. Waited 8 months for a new part for them to fix it. After 8 follow ups was told they will not be fixing it and gave me a shitty plastic cover that doesn’t work
Issue #3
Birds in hvac tubing. Said they would be sending someone to remove the birds ...
and nest. Never came back and had to listen to birds for quite a few weeks
Issue #4
While waiting for my tabs to arrive, received a notice that my car was being towed for expired tabs (are you kidding?)
Issue #5
Washer was not properly cleaned upon moving in. My laundry was stained with grey spots, and upon inspecting the washer there was a thick grey/black sludge built up inside.
Issue #6
Upon reading older reviews it definitely seems there was an issue with mold in many units. I have been experiencing symptoms that only fit under mold exposure. This has been going on since one month after leasing the unit. Arrived home after being gone four days and upon opening the door am greeted with the strongest smell of mold and mildew I have experienced. Ask apartment to check for mold, they were only willing to check moisture levels and if I wanted to prove the mold I would have to pay for my own mold test which is around $700 - $900.
There is trash everywhere, there is not a proper amount of staff to maintain a property of this caliber. I believe Targas business model with this property is just “turn them and burn them”
After all of this, they increased the rents during the covid pandemic. After this experience, I was almost grateful to be impacted by covid and have no choice but to leave.

1. Management is terrible and thats putting it lightly.
2. Absolutely no parking, especially at night and alot of residents have to park in the grass. Even then they won’t hesitate too tow your car with no notice
3. Super thin walls and terrible speed bumps( the kind that will mess your car up even at slow speeds)

We’ve lived here for almost a year, and everytime we had a issue or problem they fixed it right away. The office Ladies are so sweet and kind and they have no problem helping you when you need it. These apartments are so hidden(Hence the name) you never even know they are there. Perfect place! So kind! The walls are thin but honestly it doesn’t bother me or my husband. I would recommend to anyone!

The staff is amazing, honestly. They are very quick to help when needed. They've even come to my rescue when I needed a few spiders removed ( spiders aren't an issue here, FYI) one or two just happened to find their way onto my ceiling. The neighborhood is quiet, no real issues and maintenance is fast and thorough. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. It's honestly a pleasant place to live.

Trust me and find some place else!! I wish I could give 0 stars...This place is infested with bugs! Holes in the walls! Window seals, and ceilings. They are currently renovating the OUTSIDE of the apartments making them look nice when the inside is disgusting, there's mold, the cabinets and closets have a foul smell, the screen door does not open, THERES NO SECURITY! Not even cameras so that's all bull, we almost got broken into my first night back from the hospital after having my son. We called ...
the police that didn't even show up, and the front office that claimed it's nothing and that someone just probably was drunk and mistook our apt for their own....on a Tuesday night?...no, I have a premiee and there's constantly disgusting neighbors smoking weed and cigarettes to the point where it fills my entire unit with the smell. Kids are all over the parking lot, there's parties being thrown all days of the week, police every other weekend. The appliances are Disgusting, our stove top and oven were filthy upon moving in. Also have fun in the summer time because it gets scorching hot and if you even think about opening your windows to cool off, expect some cigarette smoke and weed reek too. Also after it rains there's an extremely nasty sour smell that'll be sure to turn your stomach. The front office people are nice but unprofessional, they'll express their stress of you calling and treat you like an inconvenience...this place is waaaaay too over priced! Do yourself a favor, ignore the lying reviews and move some place else

Do yourself a favor and do not stay in these apartments. First of all, there are hidden fees that you do not find about until after you have signed your agreement. The apartment complex is horrible. Don't plan on getting any sleep because there is loud music blaring almost every night. The walls are paper thin and you can hear anything and everything. There is nowhere for all the kids to play so they play and run around all the cars in the parking lot. Things do not get fixed for weeks after you ...
submit a request. There is regular drug use by the people in this complex. Any attempts to speak with the office are futile, they do not return your phone calls no matter how many messages you leave.

This is an amazing complex witch touches on the base of serenity. The apartment is spacious with fireplace, plenty of closet and storage space all brand new appliances and flooring for the tenants. A balcony with a view of the big dipper so close you could touch it. Great for children. Grounds are maintained perfectly with drive through security for extra protection. Its like a walk through a park with all the trees and beautiful colors. It is conveniently close to stores, park, school, bus line, ...
and coffee shop. The staff is wonderfully efficient to make sure your stay is the very best. Everything a single mother of three could ever ask for.
